Purpose
This scenario will showcase Outbound processing. This Outbound Scenario will cover outbound
deliveries, Packing and Goods Issue.
The demo will highlight the visibility the system provides in the warehouse monitor and how
this can be role driven.

Users
The scenario can be run with a predefined user ID. This is an option if you don’t want to create an
individual ID via self-service in SAPNET. The following data can be used to log on:

Process Flow
1. Create a delivery - Without reference to a sales order (ECC)
2. Determine the Outbound delivery order number (EWM)
3. Create Warehouse Task (EWM)
4. Confirm Warehouse Task (EWM)
5. Perform Packing and Goods Issue (EWM)
6. Verify Goods Issue in the system (ECC)

1. Log on to the ECC system with user ID JONESG and password welcome.
2. In the ECC system choose Logistics  Materials Management  Inventory Management 
Environment  Stock  Stock Overview.
Or choose Favorites  Stock Overview.
Or use transaction code MMBE.
3. In the Stock overview: Company Code/Plant/Storage Location/Batch screen enter the following
data:

No Zero Stock Lines (blank)
4. Choose .
5. If there is no stock for the stock type Unrestricted use, you have to execute the Simple Inbound
Processing Scenario (Scenario ID 010000005924).

Warehouse Task for Warehouse Request  Stock Removal for Outbound Delivery Order.
Or choose Favorites  Warehouse Task for Outbound Del.Order.
Or use transaction code /n/SCWM/TODLV_O.
2. Enter the following data:
