(1) Tender Code: 58365

(2)Description of Tender: Procurement of NDCT PVC Film Fills for T/M, 2X500 MW,
BTPS, Bhusawal, Deepnagar.

(3) Estimated cost of Tender: Rs. 1390000/-

(4) Earnest Money Deposit: Rs. 17400/- (Online/NEFT/RTGS only)

(5) Tender Purchase cost (non-refundable): 1180/- (Online/NEFT/RTGS only)

(6) Delivery Period:


a) Each type of Film Fills assembly sample along with test certificate shall be submitted within 04
weeks from the date of P.O.& got approved from Ex. Engr. T/M 2X500 MW.
b) After Approval, Order Material shall be delivered within 04 weeks after receipt of D.I.
from TM-500MW Section.
c) D.I.is given in 3 or less installments as per requirement in one year.

(8) Contract Operating Authority: Chief Engineer (O&M)

(10) Any amendment to this notice & or notification of amendment in bidding document
shall be notified on website https://sets.mahagenco.in only. Potential bidders are
requested to make a note of the same.

(11) The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any
reason whatsoever.

(12) EMD Paid Online will not require any approval.

(13) This is to inform Vendor/ Supplier, that it is their responsibility to monitor their
Tender/Enquiry status till finalization in their respective login.
