- PROPER SCHOOL UNIFORMS ARE STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED (SCHOOL ID)

- all mobile phone should and must be turnover to the principal/guidance councilor

SUBJECT REQUIREMENTS

- ENVELOP (PORTFOLIO)

- ATTENDANCE

- BEHAVIOR AND PARTICIPATION (ORAL RECITATIONS)

- TEST EXAMS/QUIZZES

- PERFORMANCE TASK

PROPER ABSENCES

absent for a day - formal excuse letter signed by the guardian/parent

Absent for 2 or more consecutive days - medical record, formal excuse letter signed by the
guardian/parents

IMPROPER ABSENCES

Absent for a day w/out formal letter - vocal warning

Absent for 2 consecutive days w/out letter - written warning to be sent to the parents

Absent for 3 consecutive days w/out letter - advice to report at the principals office with
parents/guardians
