The management aspect details the identification of the duties and responsibilities of the
human resources of the business, the flow of authority within the organization, and the policies of
the business.
The proposed business will satisfy its various stakeholders throughout its competition with
highly competent employees and capable laborers. The business will offer best services to their
customers with a well manage environment.
BUSINESS FORMATION
The type of business formation to be adapted by the proposed business will be a General
Partnership in which partners shall contribute money, skills, and other resources to the business
and shall share profits and losses in accordance with the terms of partnership agreement. The
overall operation of the business will be overseen by a managing partner.
VISION-MISSION STATEMENT
Both the vision and mission statements play an important role in the organization. These
statements are important tools of strategic planning, define the purpose of the organization and
provide a focal point that helps to align everyone with the organization, thus ensuring that
everyone is working towards a single purpose.

Mandatory Benefits
Full-time employees of the business shall be enjoying the privileges with regards
to SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF as regulated by the related government agency.
Employee Leaves
Sick Leave
Regular employees are entitled with twelve (12) cumulative days of paid sick
leaves for the first two years of service plus one (1) day starting on the third year. The
maximum, however, shall be fifteen (15) days.
Vacation Leave
Regular employees who have been with the business for more than 1 year are
entitled to a total of five (5) days of paid vacation leaves convertible into cash at the end
of the fiscal year.

Employees are entitled to 200% salary of their regular pay as provided in the Labor
Code.
Rank-and-File employees of the business are entitled to receive a 13th month pay
every 23rd of December.

Human Resource
Orientation
Every newly hired employee will be oriented during his/her first day. The rules and
policies of the business will be thoroughly explained to them. Orientation will also cover
the compensation and the benefits available to the employees.
Termination
If an employee decides to resign from the business, he/she must provide a valid
reason for doing so. A resignation letter must also be submitted.
An employee should act in accordance with ethical conduct. Any intolerable
misconduct of an employee shall be a ground for termination. The grounds for termination
are the following:
Prolonged absences of an employee without providing a valid reason or an
approval from manager.

Disobedience of the employee of the lawful orders of the employer and/or the
client.
Theft.
Undesirable behavior to customers and co-employees which shall include sexual
or other unlawful harassment and fighting or threatening violence in the work place.
Failure of an employee to meet performance standard.
Reporting under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drugs.
An employee must have a valid reason to incur an absence. Without a valid reason, an
employee who incurs absence/s shall not receive payment equal to the salaries on the
days/s of absence. An employee who does not report to work for one week without a valid
reason will no longer be employed in the business.
Each employee must observe punctuality. Late office employee without valid reason will
have an equivalent deduction to his/her salary. On part of service crews, they shall report once
they are notified to report for duty.
Every employee must act with discipline and respect when working with the costumers.
Such act includes politeness, patience and honesty.
Any act of misconduct will be a ground of termination.
Compensation
Every employee shall receive his/her monthly compensation every last Friday of the
month.
Uniform

The business will provide uniforms to all personnel to distinguish them from customers.
All employees shall wear their uniforms when at work. The uniform will be a black t-shirt
with the business logo imprinted in it. An employee I.D card shall also be provided by the
business.

Working Hours
The proposed business shall operate 13 hours a day from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
The managing partner, cashier and the bookkeeper will report for eight (8) hours while
the receptionist s for six hours, for six days a week. Service crews shall report once they
are notified and shall work for eight hours a day.
