PROVISIONAL INTERVIEW CALL LETTER

Subject: - RECRUITMENT TO 31 POSTS OF DIVISIONAL COACH (BS-16)


(INCLUDING 02 POSTS RESERVED FOR MINORITIES AND 06
POSTS RESERVED AGAINST SPECIAL ZONE QUOTA) ON
CONTRACT BASIS FOR THE PERIOD OF 05 YEARS IN THE YOUTH
AFFAIRS, SPORTS ARCHAEOLOGY & TOURISM DEPARTMENT.
With reference to your application for the above post, you are directed to attend
the PPSC Regional Office, Bungalow No. 1083/xxv-1/Rh, Tounsa Street,
Garden Town, Sher Shah Road, Multan on 26-09-2019 at 09:00 A.M sharp for
interview.

2. You are being called provisionally for interview and your eligibility for the above applied
post will be decided on the day of interview subject to production of original documents,
as below:-

A. Valid CNIC
B. Certificate of Matriculation/ O Level
C. Certificate of Intermediate/A. Level
D. Graduate degree/Transcript / DMC showing Total marks & Obtained marks/
percentage of marks issued by the Controller of Examination.
E. Original Certificate showing University/District/Provincial level player or
exposure as an Intentional player.
F. Original Treasury Receipt of Rs. 600/- within the closing date i.e.03-06-2019
G. Domicile Certificate issued on or before the closing date or proof of application
for issuance of domicile before closing date.
H. Departmental Permission Certificate issued from Appointing Authority in case of
Government employees.
I. Equivalence Certificate of qualification from concerned Administrative
Department/QEDC as the case may be.
Disability certificate duly issued / verified by Social Welfare Department (if
applicable).
3. Only eligible candidate will be interviewed.
4. Two set of photocopies of all the above documents should be brought along on
the day of interview.
5. Application of ineligible candidate will be rejected and will not be
allowed to appear in the interview.
6. No TA/DA will be paid in this regard.
