KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Consolidation Subdivision with Waiver and Partition


pursuant to the CONSOLIDATION SUBDIVISION PLAN

Whereas the parties are the registered owners of two adjacent parcel of land

Whereas __________________ is the true and registered owner of a parcel


of land covered by ______________, more particularly described as follows:

Whereas both parties manifest their conformity to the Consolidation


Subdivision Plan of the aforementioned Lots with a total area of

were subdivided into three (3) lots, to wit:

consolidation subdivision plan.

CANCELLED by the Register of Deeds of xxxx, and in lieu thereof to
ISSUE THREE (3) NEW CERTIFICATES OF TITLE in favor of xxxx for
