ADDENDUM TO THE EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

OF ESTATE OF ____________.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This document is in reference to the document entitled EXTRAJUDICIAL


SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE executed in Quezon City by 1,2,AND 3 on June 3,
2016 noted and entered in the Notarial Register of Atty. ABC as Doc. No. 14,
Page No. 4, Book No. 73, series of 2000. Said document refers to the estate of
deceased ABC who died on May 2, 2014 in Quezon city.

May it be known that the undersigned parties do hereby agree to make


the following ADDITION/ADDENDUM to the aforementioned Deed outlined
below.

WITNESSETH:

“THAT SAID DECEASED, AT THE TIME OF HER DEATH, ALSO LEFT


PERSONAL PROPERTY CONSISTING OF DEPOSIT OF MONEY, WHICH IS
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

PUBLIC SAFETY SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, INC. (PSSLAI)


ACCOUNT NAME: abc
ACCOUNT NO.: 12345
AVAILABLE BALANCE: ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP 105,000.00) as of May 1, 2020

WHEREAS, these additions shall be made valid as if they are included in


the original stated Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate.

WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the co-owners of that certain


parcel of land situated in Quezon City and more particularly described as
follows:

Transfer Certificate of Title No. 123


IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that certain land situated in the Quezon
City, Metro Manila, Philippines, bounded and described as follows:
“A parcel of land (Lot 56, Block 67, of the consolidation-subdivision
plan Pcs-5913, being a portion of the consolidated Lots 895, 898 and 901,
Tala Estate, LRC (CLRO) Rec. No. 6563), situated in Kamarin, Caloocan
city, Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 32, Block 15; on the S., along
line 2-3 by Lot 31, Block 15; on the W., along line 3-4 by Lot 14, Block 15;
on the N., along line 4-5 by Road Lot 11; and on the E., along line 5-1 by
Lot 16, Block 15, all of the consolidation-subdivision plan. Beginning at a
point marked “1” on plan, being S. 54 deg. 53’E., 672.22 m. from L.M. No.
15, Tala Estate, thence South, 4.00 m. to point 2; thence WEST, 12.00 m to
point 3; thence North, 20.00 m. to point 3; thence East, 12.00 m. to point
5; thence South, 16.00. to the point of beginning; containing an area of
ONE HUNDRED FORTY (140) SQUARE METERS . All points referred to
are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.L. cyl. conc.
mons. 15x60 cm.,bearings true; date of the original survey, 1907 and that
of the consolidation-subdivision survey, Jan. 26, 1967 to July 31, 1967.”

WHEREAS, it is to the convenience and advantage of the said parties


that the existing community of ownership between them be terminated, and
their respective shares and participation determined by mutual agreement and
adjudication;
WHEREAS, for purposes of this partition agreement, the parties hereto
have caused the above-described property to be subdivided into Lot Nos. 15-A,
15-B, and 15-C per tracing cloth and blue print Psd-____________, Pcs-5913
and technical descriptions, duly approved by the Land Registration
Commission (LRC) which are attached hereto, and made integral part of this
agreement;

WHEREAS, the parties hereto have mutually and voluntarily agreed, to


partition and adjudicate between themselves their common property as above-
described, in the following manner:

To AAA, the following lot:

LOT 15-A (80 SQUARE METERS)


1-2 Due South 20.00M.
2-3 Due West 4.00M.
3-4 Due North 20.00M.
4-1 Due East 4.00M.

To BBB, the following lot:

LOT 15-B (80 SQUARE METERS)


1-2 Due East 4.00M.
2-3 Due South 20.00M.
3-4 Due West 4.00M.
4-1 Due North 20.00M.

To CCC, the following lot:

LOT 15-C (80 SQUARE METERS)


1-2 Due South 4.00M.
2-3 Due West 4.00M.
3-4 Due North 20.00M.
4-5 Due East 4.00M.
5-1 Due South 16.00M.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this
