‫ﺑﺴﻢ ﷲ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ‬

THE SEVEN STRANGERS

WRITTEN BY ABU MUSLIM IDREES ALLIE ‫ﺣﻔﻈﻪ ﷲ‬

Indeed praises belong to Allah alone we glorify him seek his help,
seek forgiveness and ask him for guidance, We seek protection in
Allah from the evils of our souls and from sin,Whomever Allah
guides non can deviate and whomever Allah deviates non can
guide,And i testify that Muhammad is his (Allah) servant and final
messenger, peace salutations of Allah upon him and upon his
family his companions in abundance until the day of judgement

As for that which followS; Allahu azza wa jall has said;

OH YOU WHO BELIEVE FEAR ALLAH AS YOU AUGHT TO,AND DO NOT
DIE EXCEPT IN THE STATE OF ISLAM 3:102

And when he said emphasizing the need to reflect and ponder on the past ,taarikh
not to become dispondent and unaware
AND REMMEMBER WHEN WE MADE YOU SUCCESSORS(on the lands)
AFTER THE PEOPLE OF NUH AND INCREASED YOUR CREATION IN
STATURE,SO PONDER POEOPLE OF ALLAH PERHAPS YOU WILL BE
SUCCESFUL7:29

And he said;

INDEED THOSE THAT BELIEVE ARE THOSE THAT HAVE

MIGRATED,THESE ARE THOSE THAT SEEK THE MERCY OF ALLAH 3:218

And he said:

HAVE YOU NOT SEEN A GROUP FROM THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL

AFTER MOOSA,WHEN A GROUP FROM THE SAID SEND US A KING WE
FIGHT IN THE WAY OF ALLAH HE SAID WILL YOU OBEY IF FIGHTING
IS PRESCRIBED UPON YOU TO FIGHT IN THE WAY OF ALLAH ,THEY
REPLIED WHY WOULD WE NOT FIGHT IN THE WAY OF ALLAH AND WE
HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT AND OUR PROPERTIES AND AND CHILDREN
,SO WHEN FIGHTING WAS PRESCRIBED UPON SO WHEN FIGHTING WS
PRESCRIBED UPON THEM ,THEY TURNED AWAY EXCEPT A LESS
NUMBER FROM THEMAND ALLAH KNOWS THE OPPRESSORS 2:246

And he says;

OH YOU WHO BELIEVE IF YOU OBEY THOSE THAT DISBELIEVE THEY

SHALL TURRN YOU BACK ON YOUR HEELS ND YOU WILL TURN BACK
AS LOSSERS 3:19

 And Allah says:

AND THEY SAID TO THEIR BRETHREN IF YOU WERE TO TRAVEL IN

THE LAND OR YOU WERE TO FIGHT THERE WOULDN’T BE AMONG US
THOSE THAT HAVE DIED AND THOSE THOSE WERE KILLED 3:157

And he said:

AND POLYTHIESM IS GREATER THAN KILLING AND THEY WILL

FOREVERFIGHT YOU UNTIL THEY TURN YOU AWAY FROM YOUR
RELIGION IF THEY ARE ABLE 2:217

And he said;

AND THOSE THAT WERE WEAK WILL SAY TO THOSE WHO WERE
SUPERIOR (conversing all together in hell) ,RATHER IT WERE NPLOTS OF
THE DAY AND NIGHT AT THE TIME WHEN YOU COMMANDED US THAT
WE DISBELIEVE IN ALLAH AND WE TAKE WITH HIM PARTNERS 34;33

And he said;
OH YOU WHO BELIEVE IF A SINNER COMES TO YOU WITH NEWS THEN
VERIFY THAT YOU DO NOT A PEOPLE IN IGNORANCE(with false
news,stirring their emotions or deviating them from the truth)THEN YOU WAKE
UP REGRETTING UPON WHAT YOU HAVE DONE,49;6

And he says;

THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT SAY WE BELIEVE IN ALLAH ,SO WHEN

THUEY ARE HARMED IN THE WAY OF ALLAH THEY MAKE THE
FITNA(evil)OF THE PEOPLE AS IF IT’S THE PUNISHMENT FROM
ALLAH(The individual interprets a hardship from the hardships of the world as if
its a punishment from the punishments Allah due to lack of patience and weakness
of faith , may Allah protect us like this the individual fears war & hardship which
non can avoid and is part of human kind),BUT IF HELP(victory) FROM YOUR
LORD (to those that had faced hardship and war)HE WILLL DEFINATLY SAY
INDEED I WAS AMONG YOU,DOES NOT ALLAH MOST KNOWLEDGABLE
REGARDING THAT WHICH IS IN THE CHESTS OF THE URNIVERSE(and
his creation therein)29:10

Ponder and reflect upon the above verses ,Oh Muwahhid (Master of
monethiesm),These verses have defeated the Hizbiyyoon (Sects & Groups besides
the caliphate) leaving them with no choice but to interpolate, change on the
demands of time or ignore while they ask , how does a non religious individual
remind us about our lord and religion while we know better and with us is the pious
and vituous, we say to them guidance is from non but Allah alone and he guides
whomever he wills errespectively and deviates whomever he wills showing no
sympathy,How many a writting from the pious and virtuous have they ignored and
them and yet they ask this? Wolves in sheep skin,And no body knows the secrets of
the hearts besides Allah.
With the permission of Allah we write the Risaalah (Booklet) hoping to make
apparent and expose the seven strangers and deduce rullings therein, Such rullings
that are clear by the book of Allah and the sunnah of his messenger though they
remain (till today) rejected or a stranger to majority of those that claim faith in
monothiesm.

We ask Allah azza wa jall that he makes this work a means of guidance,teaching
and learning for all and that he makes it sincerely done for his pleasure And that he
aids us unites us guide us and forgive our shortcomings All praises are for Allah the
lord of the worlds.

That Allah subhanahu wata alah the almighty is upon his throne sitting above the
heavens such a sitting that befits only him and like this the scholars have agreed

As he has said in the Quran al kareem;

AR RAHMAN IS UPON THE THRONE SITTING 49;5

And that azza wa jall has limbs as he has mentioned himself in the Quran and
mentioned by his messenger peace be upon him in the sunnah ,Such as the hands of
Allah azza wa jall and others

He says and he says the truth;

RATHER HIS TWO HANDS ARE SPREAD OUT(in giving wealth to

whomsoever he wills),HE SPENDS AS HE WILLS 5:64

Such qualities and attributes of Allah as he has mentioned himself are established
without the application of
Tamtheel: Resemblance,Imagination
Or Tajseem: Giving them creature (creation) resemblance
Or Ta'teel giving them explantion
Or takyeef asking the question How? Upon them,which all mean there is nothing
similar him and everything like this /the above\ is prohibited.
As he has said clarifying this;

THERE IS NOTHING LIKE UNTO HIM AND HE IS THE ALL HEARER ,THE
ALL WATCHING 42:11

When it comes these qualities of Allah azza wa jall even logic makes it clear for
understanding, example of a man of odour or an object such as food and the quality
of smell ,goes pass a room and even after he or it has dissappeared in sight many a
times his it oudor/smell remains behind,So he asks whose odour is it that is still left
behind In the room?,and answer is given accordingly,While ALLAH azza wa jall is
free from all defect and weakness his qualities are under his grasp and control in the
worlds or in the heavens

Also there is example in the Quality of seeing or hearing for majority of human
beings or any from the creations of Allah ,this quality of hearing or seeing is not
specific to specific place of standing or sitting,the eyes see far ahead and the ears
hear from a distance away And Allah is powerful ,most merciful,all hearing ,all
seeing ,the controller encompassing all that is in the heavens the worlds and beyond
while he azza wa jall is upon his throne is sitting,Glory be to he ,He is free from
creature or mankind boundries and resemblances.

And he said regarding this

AND HE UPON EVERYTHING IS ABLE 67:1

Those that misinterpreted this stranger went to that which seemed to be the opposite
of the above for example the verse where Allah azza wa jall clarifies his sitting on
the throne versus the sunnah (narration) that "Allah descends from above the
seventh heaven to the first heaven during the last portion of the night to forgive the
sins of those engaged in prayer during that time of the morning like this they got
confused and described the almighty as being present everywhere and what an error

As he says;

THE HAND OF ALLAH IS ABOVE THEIR HANDS 111:10

Or the jews that said that the hand of Allah (is not spending),And he azza wa jall
replied them saying rather his two hands spend to whosoever he wills [Quran
5;64],and it is said that the prophet peace be upon him also said the hand of Allah is
with congregation,So it is clear that those that deviated under this creed deviated on
the linguistic usage words and terms by way of custom ,As the saying ‘son of god’
which didnt give meaning literaly as the begotten son or child except one that is
close to Allah, but were linguistic usages and customs of a peoples languages and
carried no weight in the interpretations and explanation regarding the self of Allah
azza wa jall and he has clarified this himself by clear proof.

And he has said;

AND THOSE THAT WERE PATIENT SEEKING THE FACE OF

ALLAH(Meaning seeking Allah) 13:22

We have clarified above that Allah is sitting in his throne in such ba manner that
befits only him while he manages all affairs at once, even if those that said such
words said them with interpretation or meaning explaining the attributes of Allah as
help or pleasure this would still have no attachement to correct ideology with the
attributes of Allah ,And that the correct view is that the meant had no interpretations
regarding Allah,So which means that the mentioned limbs of the attributes
regarding Allah has no known meaning to mankind for interpretation which he azza
wa jall has no given permission to engage in.

And he has clarified this saying:

IT IS HE WHO HAS SENT TO YOU THE BOOK,IN IT ARE DECISIVE

VERSES WHICH ARE THE MOTHER OF THE BOOK (the basis of it) AND
OTHERS ARE METAPHORICAL /SUCH AS THE ATTRIBUTES OF
ALLAH\,AS FOR THOSE IN WHOSE HEARTS IS A DESEASE THEY
FOLLOW THOSE THAT ARE METAPHORICAL SEEKING CORRUPTION
AND SEEKING IT INTERPRETATION,AND NO ONE KNOWS IT
INTERPRETATION BESIDES ALLAH AND THOSE THAT ARE FIRMLY
ROOTED IN KNOWLEDGE SAY WE BELIEVE IN THEM (without
interpretation),THE WHOLE OF IT IS FROM ALLAH,AND NO ONE PONDERS
EXCEPT THE PEOPLE OF INTELLECT 3:7

Allah has refuted those that seek to interpret verses that are metaphorical and are
Qualities/attributes of Allah saying in the verse above;
THOSE IN WHOSE HEARTS IS A DESEASE THEY FOLLOW THOSE THAT
ARE METOPHORICAL SEEKING CORRUPTION AND SEEKING
INTERPRETATION

Thereafter Allah azza wa jall explains the correct approach on the methodology of
bringing faith to his metaphorical attributes and qualities refuting the claim of him
having bodily limbs with the resemblance of any creature or humankind and
anything created or anyone claiming knowledge to interpret them by giving
explanation.

As he has said;

NO ONE KNOWS IT INTERPRETATION BESIDES ALLAH

Then lastly Allah azza wa jall explains the methodology of approaching them by
belief and that is to believe in them and leave their true meanings to Allah

AND THOSE THAT ARE FIRMLY ROOTED IN KNOWLEDGE SAY WE

BELIEVE IN THEM

Takfeer of the tawagheet (Falsegods) is from the Asl of deen the foundation of the
religion and this is Laailaha (meaning:There is non worthy of worship) ,there is no
imaan (faith) for the one who refuses to fullfill this pillar even if he believes and
worships claiming its solely for Allah alone

Takfeer (excommunication\declaring as a kaafir) is by Aadawa (Emnity) Bughd

(Hatred) Baraa'a (Abstinance) and Qitaal (waging war and jihad on the idols and
allies)

Ali ibn Abi Taalib said: Shall i not send you with the same instructions as the
prophet sent me? Do not leave any (worshiped) image without defacing it or any
built up grave without levelling it.
The almighty has negated faith for that one that fights in the way of taghut ,made
takfeer of them even if they claimed imaan of faith

As he has said;

AND THOSE THAT BELIEVE ARE FIGHTING IN THE WAY OF ALLAH

AND THOSE THAT ARE KAAFIR ARE FIGHTING IN THE NAME OF
FALSEGODS ,SO FIGHT THE ALLIES OF SATAN 4;76

And the people of knowledge are all unanimous that, all which is worshipped
besides Allah is called Taghoot and this includes the worshipped sun,moon,rivers
stones ,wood idol formations or trees the dead,and taking them as gods besides
Allah or intermediaties is all worshipping the taghut,Or the initiator of the ideology
would then be titled taghoot upon whom takfeer is a binding condition for the
correctness of faith.

Its clear from the worshipped objects that are also creation of Allah and declaring
takfeer upon them, that takfeer taghoot involves the pillars of tawheed\monothiesm
mainly.

Belief in tawheed aRububiyya and takfeer taghut in it;

Allah being the creator of the heavens,earth and everything alone, So if this is
attributed to any of the creations of Allah besides him or ,There would be Takfeer

Belief in tawheed Asma was sifaat and takfeer in it;

The oneness of Allah in his names and attributes and this chapter has pass in the
first stranger Some of the tawaaghet (falsegods) Make this claim of being the all
powerful the all seeing the all hearing or they claim being partners with Allah in
this So if the taghoot had claimed this there would be takfeer on them

Belief in tawheed al ibaada/uluhiyya and takfeer in it;

The oneness of Allah in worship or acts of worship ,Such as prayer ,Invocation,
Fasting ,Charity And other acts of worship that cannot be but dedicated to Allah
alone as he shares no partner in this command So if the taghoot had claimed this
there would be takfir on him

Belief in tawheed al haakimiyya and takfeer in it;

The oneness of Allah in his right of legislating man Those that claim partnership
with Allah in this pillar are taghoot ,upon whom takfeer is a binding condition.
Some men take others as taghoot beside Allah under this pillar of tawheed.

Allah has said;

HAVE YOU NOT SEEN THE ONE THAT CLAIMS TO BELIEVE IN THAT
WHICH WAS REVEALED TO YOU /MUHAMMAD\ AND TO THAT WHICH
WAS REVEALED TO THOSE /PROPHETS\ BEFORE YOU THEY INTEND TO
TAKE THEIR LEGISLATIONS TO TAGHOOT AND THEY HAVE BEEN
COMMANDED TO DECLARE TAKFEER OF THEM /TAWAGHEET\ AND
THE SATAN INTENDS TO DEVIATE THEM A FAR DEVIATION 4;60

One asks ,So how is Takfeer on the tawagheet\Falsegods Aslu deen\Foundation of

the religion in such a way that one who doesnt declare takfeer on the tawagheet
becomes pagan and non believer and takfeer on the mushrikeen becomes just an
islamic rulling\Hukmun shar’eeyah?

Takfeer on the mushrikeen and kufaar is also vital and important,This is because it
is fortified by the rulling "Whoever does not make takfeer on the
mushrikeen\pagans\kufaar or claims their way as correct or doubts their
methodologies is a kaafir"

Fact is all mushrikeen and are made takfeer upon but differ in rulling murtadeen or
ahlul kitaab ,Allah commands the believers to give up & surrender Baraa'a
(abstinence),Aadawa (Emnity),Bughd(Hatred) while making takfeer of them in
some conditions like after the jizyah or in the case of daarul kufr and what is clear is
that this catergory of takfeer becomes not Asl and has nothing to do with being the
foundation of the religion anymore.

Allah says;

THE FOOD OF THOSE WHO WERE GIVEN THE BOOK/JEWS AND

CHRISTIANS\ IS PERMISIBLE FOR YOU 5:5

Oh Muwahhid so now ponder over the saying of Allah azza wa jall as he clarifies
the difference between the two takfeers when he said;

INDEED FOR YOU IS A GOOD EXAMPLE ON/PROPHET\IBRAHEEM AND

THOSE WITH HIM ,WHEN THEY SAID TO THEIR NATION INDEED WE
ARE FREE FROM YOU AND THAT WHICH YOU WORSHIP BESIDES
ALLAH ,WE DECLARE TAKFEER OF YOU /AND YOUR GODS\ AND HAS
OCCURRED BETWEEN US AND YOU HATRED AND EMNITY UNTILYOU
BELIEVE IN ALLAH ALONE BESIDES THE SAYING OF ABRAHAM TO HIS
FATHER I SHALL SEEK FORGIVENESS FOR YOU IN ALLAH 60:4

The above verse of surah mumtahina has separated takfir of the gods and that of the
mushrikeen,It has declared takfeer on the gods as the foundation of the religion with
Bara'a, Aadawa and Bughd involved unlike the takfeer of the prophet Ibrahim to his
father Aazar.

 The separation between takfeer of the mushrikeen and tawagheet is Allah saying,

INDEED WE ARE FREE FROM YOU AND THAT WHICH YOU WORSHIP
BESIDES ALLAH WE DECLARE TAKFEER OF YOU /AND YOUR GODS\

And then on the verse the prophet ibrahim thereafter gives up Aadawa/emnity and
Bughd/hatred and Baraa/abstinance for his father who was among the pagans at that
time,After this deed the prophet Ibrahim does not apostate from the religion but is
reprimanded by the almighty an indication to the action being incorrect and nothing
above that,
Allah said;

BESIDES THE SAYING OF ABRAHAM TO HIS FATHER I SHALL SEEK

FORGIVENESS FOR YOU TO ALLAH 60:4

From that which is clear is if the same was done by an individual to a taghut the
individual would've left the millah and become an infidel and this is the principle.

The mushrikeen are human beings at the end of the day who worship the devils and
the idols they could be somebodies mother or father while the believer follows
revealed proof on them having no choice or by breaking the rules and losing ones
faith or disobeying Allah.

They say we have disobeyed the umaraah [HafidhahumullAH] by bringing forward

the topic of asl deen,To clarify is that this only Involves the tawagheet,By Allah is
this not correct by the book of Allah and the Sunnah of his messenger, and Allah
knows best.
Tawheed al haakimiyyah is the fourth pillar of tawheed and all of them as complete
are mentioned by Allah in the Quran in succession.

Besides tawheed aRububiyya Allah as the creator alone or tawheed al

uluhiyya/Ibaadah Allah as the only one rightful of worship without any partners
,tawheed al asmaa wa sifaat oneness of Allah in his names and attributes and this
has passed on the first stranger and tawheed al haakimiyya the oneness of Allah in
right for legislation and laws gorvening mankind besides these,Many a times Allah
mentions each pillar of tawheed in different places in the Quran also mentioning
tawheed at to’ah the oneness of Allah in his right of being obeyed the most or
tawheed al muhabba the oneness of Allah in his right of being loved the most.

Allah azza wa jall mentions three pillars of tawheed in a single verse excluding
tawheed al hakimiyya ,He says;

THE LORD OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH AND WHATEVER IS

INBETWEEN THEM SO WORSHIP HIM AND HAVE PATIENCE IN HIS
WORSHIP,DO YOU FIND ANY SIMILARITY TO HIM?19:65

In the above verse Allah azza wa jall mentions

THE LORD OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH AND WHATEVER IS IN

BETWEEN ,This is without doubt the declaration of tawheed a Rububiyya (The
oneness of Allah as the creator of the heavens and the earth or all creation

And then he says;

SO WORSHIP HIM AND HAVE PETIENCE IN HIS WORSHIP

,This is without doubt tawheed al ibaada/Uluhiyya (The right of Allah of being
worshipped alone without any partners)

Then lastly Allah questions mankind on Tawheed al asmaa was sifaat up (The
oneness of Allah in his names and attributes) upon which most of them are in error
 SO DO YOU KNOW ANY SIMILARITIES TO HIM?

The believer (Master of monothiesm) answers his lord with that revealed in the
Quran saying:

THERE IS NOTHING LIKE UNTO HIM HE IS THE ALL HEARING THE ALL
ALL WATCHING 42;11

Allah azza wa jall mentions the four pillars of tawheed and this is the complete in
succession other than others that would be slidded under a suitable pillar /as
tawheed in obedience would normaly be a chapter under tawheed al ibaada\ He
says:

OH INMATES OF THE PRISON ARE MANNY GODS BETTER OR ALLAH

WHO IS ONE AND IRESISTABLE,YOU DO NOT WORSHIP BESIDES
NAMES THAT YOU AND YOUR FOREFATHERS HAVE MADE UP OF
WHICH ALLAH DID NOT SEND DOWN ANY AUTHORITY ,LEGISLATION
BELONGS TO ALLAH 12;39/40

The division of tawheed into pillars was made apparent by the scholars because of
current events and the fitna/evil of any chapter involving anyone of the pillars of
tawheed,So that one unaware should easily perceive the danger and take heed.

And he said;

THE DAY THEY WOULD BE APPARENT,NOTHING OF THEM SHALL BE

HIDDEN FROM ALLAH,SO WHOSE KINGDOM IS IT TODAY,FOR ALLAH
THE ONE THE MIGHTY 40;16

He says ‘THE DAY THEY WOULD BE APPARENT [Them and their deeds
present before Allah for judgement ,and this tawheed al uluhiyya/ibaada the
oneness of Allah in his right to be worshipped alone]

NOTHING OF THEM SHALL BE HIDDEN FROM ALLAH [This is tawheed al

rububiyya the oneness of Allah as the only creator]

SO WHOSE KINGDOM IS IT TODAY [This Is tawheed al haakimiya the oneness

of Allah in his right of legislation alone]
FOR ALLAH THE ONE THE MIGHTY [This is tawheed al haakimiyya the
oneness of Allah in his attributes]

So its incorrect to claim that tawheed cannot be divided into pillars or one has to
just believe in one Allah Alone and that’s all ,So like this the on the way error and
fitna becames almost impossible to repell.

The mushrikeen & pagan arabs before the prophet Muhammad and pagans
everywhere in the world all follow the same principle believing in Allah as the
creator of the heavens and the worlds/As a supreme ruler over creation with this
belief with them rejecting the right of worshipping him alone without any partners
(the idols) so Allah azza wa jall declares them pagans and infidels giving them no
excuse of belief and faith.

He says clarifying their beliefs;

AND IF YOU HAD TO ASK THEM /PAGANS\ WHO CREATED THE

HEAVENS AND THE WORLDS THEY WOULD DEFINATLY SAY ALLAH
31:25.

The one that has killed a muslim has not killed a mu'min (believer) and the one that
has killed a mu’min has not killed a muslim.

A mu'min is a believer of a high level while a muslim is that of a lower level,but

however even though the muslim is of a lower level than a mu’meen killing him
without reason would result to a major sin

Allah says regarding the killing of a Mu'meen (believer of a high level) offering a
stern warning ,Hell and a painful punishment

WHOEVER KILLS A MU’MEEN /BELIEVER\ INTENTIONALLY HIS ABODE

IS HELL FOREVER ,AND ALLAH WOULD BE ANGRY UPON HIM AND HE
WOULD CURSE HIM AND PREPARE FOR HIM A PAINFUL PUNISHMENT
4:93

This is Clear proof where Allah azza wa jall distuinguishes between a believer
(mu'min) and a normal muslim

And he says;

THE BEDOIN SAID I HAVE BELIEVED (BECOME MU’MIN) ,SAY YOU

HAVE NOT BELIEVED (BECOME MU’MIN) RATHER SAY YOU HAVE
EMBRACED ISLAM AND TRUE FAITH HASN’T ENTERED YOUR HEARTS
49:14

In the first verses of Sura Mu'ninoon 74 Allah (S) mentions additional reward and
greater levels for a mu’min believer that he/she could attain after perfecting  certain
catergories of actions ,Reliese that Allah azza wa jall has declared him/she a
Mu’min believer even before perfecting such actions /mentioned after the first verse
of sura mu’minoon\ and this is a great favour from Allah.

He says in the first verse of the chapter;

THE MU’MINEEN /BELIEVERS\ ARE SUCCESFUL 74;1

One may ask what makes one qualify as mu’min /believer

Allah (S) Gives the answer clarifying the methodology of Tawheed,Takfeer and
waging jihad in the path of Allah,This is because the path of Jihad is that which
Allah loves the most and his favourite deed and he has expressed this again and
again in the Quran.

INDEED THE TRUE BELIEVERS ARE THOSE THAT BELIEVE IN ALLAH

AND HIS MESSENGER /PERFECT LAAILAHA ILLA ALLAH MUHAMADUR
RASULULLAH\ AND THEN THEY DO NOT DOUBT AND THEY MAKE
JIHAD WITH THEIR WEALTH /ACCORDING TO CAPACITY COULD BE
WEARING OWN CLOTHES OR OWN CELLPHONE\ AND LIVES IN THE
PATH OF ALLAH,THESE ARE THOSE THAT ARE TRUTHFUL 48:15

Allah azza wa jall has forgiven a despute of war and bloodshed between two
mu’min parties ,this is because of the sincerity of hearts.
And mu’mineen do not gallop to war except for Allah and the religion ,So Some
would see themselves more rightful of an Islamic duty over the other mu’min party
and this would thereafter stir events

Allah azza wa jall says the truth when he says;

IF TWO PARTIES FROM THE MU’MINEEN WERE TO ENGAGE IN WAR

THEN RECONSILE BETWEEN BOTH OF THEM,THEN IF ONE REBELS
AGAINST THE OTHER ,THEN FIGHT THE ONE THAT REBELS YOU COME
TO A COMMAND OF ALLAH 29;9

Allah azza wa jall has declared them mu’mineen despite the infighting.

An islamicstate is a land whereby complete sharia prevails above all laws ,A

caliph has been appointed to manage affairs and declare offensive/defensive jihad.

The state or land of war/Harb a land that considers physical war against islam and
has joined the coalition against the Islamicstate ,And the land of disbelief (Amn) is
a land that has considered peace with the muslims which today many would call
freedom of religion ,these are but definations of the current affairs because there
was no shar'ee (islamic) pact involved between the two parties /Daarul kufr and
Daarul islam to consider the pact Islamic,even though ,there is no problem with
term of current affairs so long as islam becomes apparent /ie.Azaan\ without
resistance against it from the people of the dar,And Allah knows best.

Do with this its neccesary for all believers to consider ,the pact or freedom of
religion which would specifically involve those that label themselves as people of
the book under this chapter ,there is no peace or safety for those that openly
worship idols in broad daylight ,Such worship that is clear and are known to be idol
worshippers /asl al mushrikeen by custom ,this is where the prophet salallahu alaihi
wa sallam left out from and this is his Sunnah such that we cannot differ with him
and say this was specific to the mushrikeen of Makkah ,So how is this specifying
and differing to the prophet possible.

Allah (S) calls for inghimas (Ambush) on all pagans anywhere and everywhere and
until they
surrender all worship of falsehood to Allah.

And he says

AND FIGHT THEM UNTIL THERE IS NO MORE PAGANISM AND THE

RELIGION ALL OF IT IS FOR ALLAH 8:39

The chapter of repelling prosperity and wealth of the pagans by way of

intercepting,disturbing or preaching to them harsh truth until they worshipped
Allah alone was revealed before the verses of the sword  ,until they (pagans) said
Oh Abu taalib your nephew curses our gods ,finds fault with our way of life, mocks
at our religion and degrades our forefathers. Allah dislikes that the pagans prosper
,build ,eat,drink are safe and thereafter worship idols or false deities instead of one
creator in return

He says:

THE FAMILIARITIES OF THE QURAISH(at that time a pagan tribe) 29;1

THEIR FAMILIARITIES IS THE TRAVELLING IN WINTER AND SUMMER
29;2
SO LET THEM WORSHIP THE LORD OF THIS HOUSE 29;3
THE ONE THAT FEEDS THEM FROM HUNGER AND GRANTS THEM
SAFETY FROM FEAR (danger) 29;4

In the above Allah commands the worshipping of him alone and the shunning of
idols and gives two reasons related to worldly matters
Because
A.He feeds them so therefore they acquire strength of life and living
B.He protects them and they travel safely from makkah to syria without the romans
having to betray them or slay them.

From that which is clear is that the above chapter and the two reasons given by
Allah in it, became as a pending rulling for the verses of the sword to reveal.
So if the arguing one tries to argue over this,then how is it that before the first battle
of islam Badr that is the time when the muslims had just emigrated from the
polytheist city Makkah to madina the skirmishes that occurred took place on the
echo and demands of this Surah (Chapter),The prophet peace be upon him attacked
their means of wealth and prosperity so that they starve and not feel safe anymore
until they worshipped Allah alone the lord of the worlds.

And we have no choice but to bring foward these events.

1.The SAIFUL BAHR MISSION,it occured in ramadan 1 A.H 623 ce,led by

Hamza ibn abdul muttalib R and comprising 30 emigrants (Sahaba) with a definite
task of intercepting a caravan  belonging to the Quraish.It was a caravan of 300
people including Abu Jahl bin Hisham.The two parties encountered each other and
aligned in preparation for fighting.Majdi bin Amr on good terms with both sides
,happened to be there and managed to prevent an eminent clash.

2.THE RABIGH MISSION,in Shawaal 1 A.H ie April 623 C.E,Allah's messenger

(S) dispached Ubaidah bin Harith bin al Muttalib (R) at the head of 60 horsemen of
emigrants to a spot called Batn Rabigh where they encountered Abu Sufyan at the
head of a caravan of 200 men.There was arrow shooting but  no actual shooting.

3.THE KHARRAR MISSION, it occured in Dhul Qa'dah 1 A.H ie  May 263 ,the
prophet (S) dispached Sa'ad ibn abi Waqqas (R) at the head of 20 horsemen, and
instructed them not to go beyond Al Kharrar.After a five day march they reached
the spot to discover that the camels of the Quraish had left the day before

4.THE INVASION OF AL ABWA OR WADDAN,it was in Safar 2A.H ,ie 623

C.E.Allah's messenger (S) set out himself at the head of 70 men ,Mostly emigrants
to intercept a camel caravan belonging to the Quraish

5.THE INVASION OF BUWAT, it took place in Rabi ul awwal 2 A.H ,ie 623 C.E,
The prophet at the head of 200 companions ,marched for Buwat to intercept a
caravan belonging to the Quraish comprising 100 Quraishites,Umaiyah ibn Khalaf
among them,and 2500 camels.When he reached Buwat ,the caravan had left.

6.THE INVASION OF SAFWAN, in Rabi Ul Awwal ,ie 623 C.E. Kurz bin Jabir al
Fihri at the head of a small group of polythiests raided madina and looted some
animals. The prophet at the head of 70 men ,left Madina to fight the aggressors.
7.THE INVASION OF DHIL USHAIRA, it was in Jumada ul Ula and Jumada ul
Akhirah the first or second 2 A.H ,ie, November /December 623 C.E ,The prophet
(S) at the head of 159­200 helpers ,with 30 camels which they rode turn by turn ,set
out to intercept a Quraishite caravan.
8.THE NAKHLAH MISSION, it took place in Rajab 2 A.H, ie, January 624 AH
.Allah's messenger dispached Abdullah bin Jahsh Asadi (R) to Nakhlah at the head
of 12 migrants with six camels.
Abdullah was given a letter by the prophet (S) but was instructed to read it only
after 2 days.He followed the instructions and discovered that he was asked to go to
a place called Nakhlah standing between Makkah and Taaif ,intercept a caravan for
Quraish and collect news about their intentions.

Similarly the events to the first battle of islam /badr ‘The prophet peace be upon
him had dispatched Talha bin Ubaidullah R and Said bin Zaid R northward to scout
around for any movements,The two scouts stayed at AlHawra for some days until
Abu Sufyan the leader of the caravan passed by them ,The two hurried back to
Madina to report their findings to the prophet peace be upon him,Great wealth
mounting to 50 thousand gold dinars guarded by 40 men moving relatively close to
Madina constituted a tempting target for the muslim military and like this the first
battle had begun at the end of the milestone and battles with the idol worshippers
Allah commands the prophet and his companions to ambush the pagans everywhere
and prepare inghimasi operations against them

Allah azza wa jall had commanded the prophet peace be upon him to make
inghimasi opperations /Ambush\ against polytheist after conquering the city of
Makkah he /Allah\ did not excuse them with the safety of living so long as they
would still be bowing down to idols , objects and worshipping them.

He says;

AND WHEN THE SACRED MONTHS HAVE PASSED THEN KILL THE
MUSHRIKEEN /IDOL WORSHIPPERS\ WHEREEVER YOU FIND THEM
AND TAKE THEM CAPTIVES AND BESIEGE THEM,AND PREPARE FOR
THEM EACH AMBUSH ,BUT IF THEY REPENT AND ESTABLISH PRAYER
AND PAY CHARITY THEN LEAVE THEIR WAY FREE ,INDEED ALLAH IS
FORGIVING MERCIFUL9;5

One that carefully studies previous scriptures such as the Bible Torah ,Will find that
Allah azza wa jall had odered the Christians and the jews to make to ambush and
inghimasi opperations upon those that called to gods besides the one god known to
them and to slay them and besiege them,so these religions couldn’t and Allah
replaced them with an obedient replacement and nation /islam and the arabs\.
Allah has commanded the believers to march forth against powerful enemies as
inghimasiyoon /Ambushers\ and istish’hadiyoon /martyrdom opperators\ inflicting
harm and loss over them.

And this could be any citizen from the citizens of Daarul harb or coalition besides
the young and old intentionally and specifically the asl al mushrikeen /Known
pagans\ in Daarul kufr or anywhere in the world.

Allah azza wa jall says;

INDEED ALLAH HAS BOUGHT FROM THE BELIEVERS THEIR LIVES AND
WEALTH BECAUSE THEY SHALL HAVE PARADISE THEY FIGHT IN THE
WAY OF ALLAH AND THEY SLAY AND ARE SLAIN,A PROMISE UPON
THAT TRUE IN THE TORAH THE BIBLE AND THE QURAN ,AND WHO IS
TRUER TO HIS COVENANT THAN ALLAH,SO REJOICE IN TRANSACTION
WHICH YOU HAVE CONTRACTED,AND IT IS THAT WHICH IS THE
GREAT ATTAINMENT 9;111

So what about that which has been bought by Allah ,does one that has purchased a
white tshirt held responsible for dying it in colours,and its your lord that has
commanded offensive using that which belongs to him /your life and wealth\’All
praises are for Allah alone the creator of the heavens and the worlds.

This is a duty from the commands of Allah as for the one that chooses to leave
alone his mushrikeen family members out of sympathy and ijtihaad on
hopTHEREIN,e for dawah does this upon clear proof, Allah says;

INDEED THOSE WHOM THE ANGELS TAKE /IN DEATH\ WHILE THEY
ARE WRONGING THEMSELVES THEY /ANGELS\ SAY IN WHAT
CONDITION WERE YOU,WE WERE WEAK AND OPPRESSED ON EARTH
,THEY /ANGELS\ SAY WAS NOT THE EARTH OF ALLAH SPACIOUS
ENOUGH FOR YOU TO MIGRATE THEREIN ,SUCH MEN WILL FIND
THEIR ABODE IN HELL,WHAT AN EVIL ABODE 4;97

The title Dhul Qarnain mentioned in the Quran means the two horns or two
centuries ,while most mufasireen would refer to Alaxander the great as the meant
king in the title,While some said the one of two horns was Cyrus.

The reality is that the tafseer of two horns as came in the Hadith refer to non other
than Shaitaan (Satan) ,once a devoted worshiper and the beloved of Allah azza wa
jall among his creation to being an evil rebel and a kaafir after refusing the
command of prostrating.

Allah says in the Quran;

HE REFUSED /TO PROSTRATE DOWN\ WAS PROUD AND THUS BECAME

FROM THE NON BELIEVERS /KAAFIR\2:34

While he Azza wa Jall (Allah) has denounced the claim that the Shaitan (Satan) was
an Angel so that he is the creation from the creations of the heavens ,but he was a
spirit or Jinn (Demon) obedient to Allah and these are creations of the earth and
worship though invisible to mankind

He (Allah) says;

HE WAS AMONG THE DJINN /DEMONS\

And he says;

AND I HAVE NOT CREATED THE JINNKIND (Demons) OR MANKIND

EXCEPT THEY SHOULD WORSHIP 51:46

The above verses have proven that just like mankind, the Jinn (Demons) are a
creation of freewill and choice also, and their objective of creation was obedience
,worship and glorifying Allah ,So if they have rebelled and become evil this would
be done out of choice,as the engels objected to their lord as he proposed to them the
creation of Adam to be created which would be similar to the jinn who were created
before mankind acting out of choice and free will ,

And he says;

AND REMMEMBER WHEN YOUR LORD SAID TO THE ENGELS I AM TO

PUT ON EARTH A SUCCESOR ,THEY REPLIED WILL YOU PUT IN IT(earth)
ONE THAT WOULD CAUSE CORRUPTION AND SHED BLOOD ,AND WE
GLORIFY YOUR PRAISE AND WE GLORIFY HOLINESS FOR YOU ,HE
SAID SURELY I KNOW WHAT YOU DO NOT KNOW 2;30

Anumerous traditions of prophet peace be upon him, has proven that the one with
two horns is the Shaitan (Satan) who was once an obedient worshipper to an
acursed,evil demon and this has been discussed.

Sunan Abu Daud narrates that Abu Huraira R said: Safwan ibn Muattal asked the
messenger of Allah (S) that O messenger of Allah (S) , i want to ask you about
something of which you have knowledge and i know nothing ,He (RasulullAh)
said:What is it? He Safwan (R) said ,Is there any time of the night or day when its
disliked to perfom prayer? He (RasulullAh) said: Yes ,When you have prayed subh
(Morning prayer/Fajr) ,then do not pray (After that) until the sun has risen ,For it
rises between the two horns of Satan
Its said he draws his head (Moves himself) near sunrise (Direction) so that those
from the fire worshippers (Kufaar) and the kuffar prostrating during that time
,prostrate towards his direction while scholars like aNawawi have said the horns of
the Shaitan mentioned in the narration are mentioned on their apparent
(Demonstrating his physical appearance)
The above view on Dhul Qarnain is the most correct since its supported by many
narrations on this relation giving indication to the individual of the title
,Nevertheless this doesnt deny space for a second view
That Dhul Qarnain (One of two horns) could've been a pious ruler that had
conquered the lands and reaching the lands of Majuj and Ya'juj /Gog and Magog\ in
the process who had allied and were taking control of regions until they came until
they had came to a powerful believing opponent with unbreakable defense lines and
strategy between the mountains,After such siege both parties agreed on a peace
treaty and Ya’juj and Ma’juj couldnt honour the pact and that peace treaty that had
been signed So he (Dhul Qarnain) with his just legislation and powerful armies
touring the world thereby built what is known today as the great wall in china to
bind & seal the peace treaty between the two frontlines ,And once again as
prophecy their descendants have multiplied would gather for war as allied forces
and the previous scriptures have clsimed against israel ,from that which is clear is
that this was the term used at that time to describe believers and the winds faith
have blown away to islam.

Previous scriptures have claimed the descendants of Yajuj and Majuj as Turkey
,Sudan ,Iran and others around this region ,and the belief of the Ahlu sunnah the
believers is that all of this countries are ruled by kuffar or apostate rulers that do not
rule with that which Allah has revealed ,like this their armies and supporters are
kuffar apostate gorvenments this has passed under the chapter Tawheed al
hakimiyya.

A prophecy similar to this or may be connected is the saying of the prophet

(Sallalahu alaihi wa Salam) The hour would not come until thin legged abysinnians
loot the treasures of the Kaaba

Allah has said on Dhul Qarnain (The one of two horns)

THEY ASK YOU ON DHUL QARNAIN, SAY I SHALL RECITE TO YOU

SOMETHING OF HIS STORY 18:83
VERILY WE ESTABLISHED HIM ON EARTH AND WE GAVE HIM MEANS
OVER EVERYTHING18:84SO HE FOLLOWED A WAY18:85 UNTIL WHEN
HE REACHED A SETTING PLACE OF THE SUN HE FOUND IT SETTING
SETTING ON A SPRING OF BLACK MUDDY (Boiling) WATER ,AND
FOUNG NEAR IT A PEOPLE,WE (Allah) SAID Oh DHUL QARNAIN!!
EITHER YOU PUNISH (For the wrong they have done) THEM OR TREAT
THEM WITH KINDNESS 18:86
HE SAID AS FOR HIM WHO HAS DONE WRONG,WE SHALL PUNISH
HIM,AND THEN HE SHALL BE BROUGHT UNTO HIS LORD,WHO SHALL
PUNISH HIM WITH A TERRIBLE TORMRNT(Hell) 18:88 THEN HE
FOLLOWED /ANOTHER\ WAY18:89 UNTIL WHEN HE CAME TO A RISING
PLACE OF THE SUN ,HE FOUND IT RISING ON A PEOPLE FOR WHOM
WE(Allah) HAD NOT PROVIDED SHELTER AGAINST THE SUN 18:90 SO (it
was)! AND WE KNOW ABOUT HIM 18:91 THEN HE FOLLOWED (another)
WAY 18:92 UNTIL WHEN HE REACHED THE TWO MOUNTAINS(paths) HE
FOUND NEAR THEM A PEOPLE WHO SCARCELY UNDERSTOOD A
WORD18:93
THEY SAID ,OH DHUL QARNAIN INDEED YA’JUJ AND MA’JUJ (Gog and
Magog) HAVE CAUSED GREAT MISCHIEF IN THE LANDS ,SHALL WE
NOT THEN PAY YOU A TRIBUTE SO THAT WE SHALL ERECT A
BARRIER BETWEEN THEM AND US ? 18:94 (HE REPLIED) GIVE ME
PIECES (blocks)OF IRON,THEN WHEN IT HAD FILLED UP A GAP
BETWEEN THE TWO MOUNTAIN CLIFFS(paths) "BLOW"TILL WHEN HE
MADEMADE IT RED AS FIRE ,HE SAID GIVE ME MOLTEN COPPER AND
POUR OVER IT18:95 SO THEY(Ya'juj and Ma'juj)WERE MADE POWERLESS
TO SCALE IT OR DIG THROUGH18:96
DHUL QARNAIN SAID: THIS IS A MERCY FROM MY LORD,BUT WHEN
THE PROMISE OF MY LORD COMES,HE SHALL LEVEL IT DOWN TO THE
GROUND ,AND THE PROMISE OF MY LORD IS EVER TRUE 18:97

Then Allah (S) says regarding the prophecies of the invasions of the Ya'juj and
Ma'juj /gog ana magog\ Allied forces .

AND IT IS PROHIBITED UPON A NATION WE HAVE DESTROYED THAT

THEY WOULD EVER RETURN 21:95 UNTIL WHEN WE RELEASE YA’JUJ
AND MA’JUJ (Gog and Magog)AND FROM EVERY HIGHAND LOW
GROUND WILL BE POURING OUT 21:96

Al Bukhari Narrates from Huzhaifa ibn Yaman (R) ,The people used to ask Allah's
messenger (S) about good ,But i used to ask him about the evil (to occur) for fear it
might overtake me ,Once i asked ,Oh Allahs messenger (S) we (before islam) were
in ignorance and in evil ,Allah bestowed upon us the present good (The islamic
faith) ,Will there be any evil (again) after this good? He replied yes" , I asked
(again), will there be any good (once more) after that evil? Yes but would be tainted
with Dakhan (little evil) I asked what will that Dakhan be? He said there would be
people who would lead people according to principles other than my traditions ,You
(Belivers) will see their actions and disapprove them I said will there be any evil
after that good? He said Yes" Some people 'there would be some people who would
invite others towards the gates of Hell ,and whoever will respond to their call will
be trown in it (Hell) I said Oh Allah's messenger "Describe these people to us "He
said, They would belong to us and speak our language What do you order me to do
if such a thing should take place (During my lifetime)?,Adhere to the Muslim group
and their Caliph ,I asked "if therebis neither a Muslim body and their Caliph (What
should i do)?,Keep away from all those different sects ,even if you had to bite (i.e
eat) the roots of a tree ,till you meet Allah while on that state.

The above narration has proven the ideology of Sunnah

A.They are deviated and are callers towards the gates of hell those that say"Do not
touch such topic [Takfeer,Jihad,Hijra,Caliphate], Rather the narrator of the above
narration Hudhaifa ibn Yaman says, i used to ask the prophet on all the fitaan and
evil to gain knowledge of repelling that evil perhaps he was overtaken or
unsuspecting,Rather they (callers) could ignore or warn the believer to conceal that
which is truth due to danger and tyranny of the united Hizbiyya, this could at least
have understanding.
B. The narration indicates towards the possibility of the ummah rotting and
deviating down till it roots could be those in deviation taking over the lands of the
sunnah ,wealth and peoples lives as we see today the shia creeping in on every
islamic corner, blood thirsty against the sunnah over a revenge of an incident
thousand years old (Karbala) ,so much so that the believer could be suppressed to
severe povery or they could repell him from earnings due to their power and ability
in this.
C. Without the Caliphate islam cannot fully function , And another form of rule
cannot serve islam without doubt in this.

D. If the Arabs had to deviate altogether then there could be no place of refuge or
imaan.

E. Refraining from the sects and groups is upon abillity and one does that which  is
mentioned in the narrarions and Suicide is haraam in islamThe above narration has
proven the ideology of Sunnah,

And Allah azza wa jall says speaking the truth;

OH YOU WHO BELIEVE HOLD ON TO YOUR OWN SELVES ,WILL NOT

HARM YOU ONE WHO IS MISGUIDED IF YOU ARE GUIDED, TO ALLAH
IS YOUR RETURN ALL OF YOU HE SHALL INFORM YOU ALL THAT YOU
