NOTICE OF APPEAL AND RECORD ON APPEAL

DEFENDANT, by counsel and to this HONORABLE COURT hereby gives notice


that he is appealing the adverse decision of the Court dated, September 20, 2019,
copy of which was served on defendant on September 22, 2019 to the Regional
Trial Court, the same being contrary to the facts and the law.

The party in this appeal is defendant as appellant and the plaintiff as appellee.

Since this appeal refers to special proceedings in the settlement of estate of the
deceased Alejandro Quesada, involving estate of not more than P200,000, this
notice of appeal and record on appeal are filed within 30 days after notice of said
decision on September 20, 2019.

Defendant has paid the appeal fees, per Official receipt No. 01292 date September
23, 2019, copy of which is enclose.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the record of the case as well as the
official receipt of payment of appeal and other fees, be elevated to the RTC for
disposition of the appeal..
