The Division of office of San Carlos City will be conducting its Annual Division Sports Meet 2019
in October 9 – 12, 2019. This event will involve all winners from (6 districts of the division and
private schools) according to their field of interest. The event will include Pencak Silat
Competition.

In this regard, I would like to invite you to the Annual Division Sports Meet 2019 event and
requesting you to please charm the event with your presence as REFEREE.
The venue will be at City Sports Complex at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for 3 days respectively.

Greetings!

I am Mr. Jovito P. Limot, tournament manager of Pencak Silat, a form of martial arts which was
originated from Sultan Kudarat developed and propagated in Indonesia.

This kind of Sports was adopted two years ago by Deped and it was introduced to our division
last year only, for this reason to believe that we are not adept to this kind of martial arts. Good
to know that Mr. R. Panunciar is so adept with this because he was able to attain trainings on
how to officiate this kind of competition.

In this regards, I would like to ask favor from your good office to allow Mr. Panunciar to be with
us in the conduct of the said competition this coming October 9 – 12, 2019 at the City Sports
Complex this city.
