​Technorion Mumbai Zonals

Techfest 2019-20 congratulates for registering for Technorion Zonals and welcomes you at ​Indian
Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai​. The following are some general guidelines for your
assistance.

Registration​ :
All the participants have to mark their attendance at the attendance desk near the main entrance. A
slot card will be given to each team. The participants should carry these cards at all times in the
campus. They should report at the competition venue to get their slot. ​Misplacement of the slot
card will lead to direct disqualification from the corresponding competition.

Event Day :

The venues for the competitions are -


Opening Ceremony​ - LT- PC Saxena Auditorium (LT-PCSA), Near Main Building, IITB
Cozmo Clench ​- Yoga Room, Old Student Activity Center (Old SAC)
Meshmerize ​- Weightlifting room, Old Student Activity Center (Old SAC)
CoDecode​ - LC101 and LC102 , academic area
Closing and Prize Distribution Ceremony - LC 101

● All participants must report at Attendance Desk on ​6th October​ at ​7:45 AM​ sharp with their
College Identity cards for slot distribution. (Pointers will be put up at various places in the
campus for the convenience of the participants.). We might not be able to give the entry before
7:30 AM
● There will be an Attendance desk close to the main entrance and coordinators would be present
there to guide the participants to the location and help in marking attendance
● It is mandatory for all participants to​ assemble at LT- PC Saxena Auditorium (LT-PCSA) at
8:15 A.M after registrations at the main desk​. Complete information about competitions
followed by a guest talk by ​Mr. Rahul Ranadive, VP and Business Head (Bombay Stock
Exchange)​ will be given at this venue.
● All competitions (CoDecode, Meshmerize, Cozmo Clench) will commence from 10:00 AM with
your run according to the slot provided.
● Result announcement and closing ceremony will be held in LC101 - at 6:00 PM

If the same team participates in more than one competition then it is expected that some of the
team members should stay at one venue while the others at the venue of the other competition, so
that even if there are any overlaps in the slots, there should not be any problem.
Accommodation :
The accommodation will be provided in the IITB campus from 5th October 6:00 PM till 6th October
at 11:00 PM. Those who have already applied for accommodation should come to the registration
desk in Old SAC and ​show the screenshot of confirmed payment​ for the same. The individual will
be allocated the room here itself.

Food and Beverages :


College canteens and food stalls will remain open near the venue during the event.
