DEMAND ANALYSIS

Most of the internet café operators they saw that it was a very lucrative business and it was

If we look closely, we would find out that the internet café industry in the Philippines is

rooted in the video game arcades of the 1980’s. Unlike in other countries wherein internet

cafes offered first internet related services, the internet cafes in the country can trace it roots

to the land based computer shops in the 1980’s that offered gaming as their primary product.

Even with the introduction of a fast internet service this business model has not been updated

and up to now I would say a majority of the internet cafes in the country is set up for gaming

The popularity of the Internet is growing exponentially. Those who are familiar with the

information are well aware of how fun and addicting surfing the net can be. Those who have

FINANCIAL ASPECT

FINANCIAL ASSUMPTION

Our group assumed based on our target market, that in our first year of operation, we will be
able to generate a Net Income amounting to Php 375,991.69.

In addition, we are projecting based on our determined market that our sales volume will
gradually increase by 20% per year. Using this assumption, we will be having a Return on
Investment rate of 25% for the first year of operation.

Lastly to reflect the real value of our machineries and equipment, we will be using the
straight-line method of depreciating our assets.
