DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ROSA BERISO AGUILANDO, married to PABLITO S. AGUILANDO, of legal age, Filipino Citizens with
residence and postal address at Deleña St. Sta. Maria, Presentacion, Camarines Sur, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 130,000.00) Philippine
Currency, to me in hand paid and received to my entire satisfaction by EDSIL FAURILLO CALENDACION,
married to FE PERICO CALENDACION, of legal age, Filipino Citizens with residence and postal address at
Sta. Maria, Presentacion, Camarines Sur, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of
absolute sale unto said EDSIL F. CALENDACION his heirs, successors and assigns that certain real property
(house and lot), together with all the improvements there on situated at Deleña, St. Sta. Maria,
Presentacion, Camarines Sur, and more particularly described and bounded as follows:

“A parcel of residential land containing an area of 5.70 x 11.40 or (64.98)


sq. meters, more or less, situated at Deleña, St. Sta. Maria Presentacion,
Camarines Sur, bounded on the North: by Deleña St. (Road), East: by
Grandel Pesimo, South: by Grandel Pesimo, and on the West: by Gerlyn
Beronio. This lot is a portion of whole property declared under Tax Dec.
No. 97-001-0473, pt. of lot no. 311, in the name of Buenaflor Honorata,
with assessed value of P 11, 250.00.”

That I have acquired the above-described portion of property thru inheritance from my late Mother
Eufresina Buenaflor Pesimo Beriso, daughter of Honorata Buenaflor, and that my possession of the same
is has been open, continuous, adverse and exclusive in the concept of ownership thereof, free from all
liens, charges and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my signature this_______ day of __________, 2018, at
___________________________, Camarines Sur, Philippines.
