Dear Ma’am and/or Sir,

Greetings of peace!

We, the students of Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship section 1B from Dalubhasaan ng


Lungsod ng Lucena (formerly City College of Lucena) are writing this letter in hope that you will
extend your kind generosity to our National Service Training Program II projects for Purok
Dulong Kalaw Brgy. Kanlurang Mayao Calmar, Lucena City. We planned some activities and
program to at least help the said community. But unfortunately, we are financially incapable for
all the expenses we are needed to make it all possible.

We have five projects proposed such as Zumba, Educational Exertion, Proper Hygiene, Clean-
up Drive, and Seminar about 3Rs and Proper Waste Disposal. We will be having the said
activities in every Saturdays of April and May.

These activities and programs are aiming to at least contribute to the progress of the community
by putting smiles on their faces and extending our helping hands to lessen some of the common
problems in their community which are cleanliness and proper waste disposal.

As you well know, meeting the needs of this community requires funding combined with the hard
work of dedicated volunteers and students. Hence, we ask for your financial assistance and open-
handedness for the success of this project. Your sponsorship and donations would spell a big
difference in the lives of the residents in Purok Dulong Kalaw.
