STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

I am Sajith Kambrath Veedu, a resident of Kannur,Kerala-India. Son of Mr.Premnath P and

Sobhana KV and was born on 11th January 1993.I completed my schooling from Morazha
higher secondary school and completed higher secondary in Commerce specialization from
Moothedath Higer secondary school. From the early days of education, i was greatly interested in
management. Hence I joined Morazha co-operative arts and Science College which is under
Kannur University and passed my B.com. And then joined in Sambram institute of management
studies in Bangalore and completed MBA. I did my English proficiency test, in which I scored
an overall 6.5.( Listening – 6.5, Reading – 6, Writing – 6, Speaking – 6.5)

After my MBA, I joined Crossdomain Solutions Pvt. Ltd presently known as Gallagher Service
Center (GSC) as a Process Associate in 11th December and promoted as Process Analyst within
1.5 years. GSC supports various divisions of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., providing world class
service to Gallagher’s customers around the globe. Arthur J. Gallagher & Co is a US-based global
insurance brokerage and risk management services firm headquartered at Rolling Meadows,
Illinois. It is the leading Insurance Broker in USA and the third largest insurance broker in the
world. GSC has around 2800 employees throughout Bangalore and Pune. I quit the company in
February 2019.

Explaining about my work, my job description includes: Collecting policy information (policy
number, carrier information), contacting the carriers/intermediaries for loss history, answering to
the queries of clients, proficiency in tools such as MS office. However, 3 years of experience in
this Multinational organization made me realize the relevance of pursuing the program in
Applied Management in the present day globalized business. The highly competent managers in
this firm who has secured the qualification Business Management from an overseas country was
the immediate inspiration for me to seek enrolment for the program Postgraduate diploma in
Applied management.

The multi-cultural campus of WelTec would benefit me with wide global exposure and would also
improve my interpersonal skill. Similarly, the most fascinating advantage is that mingling with the
students from different countries, and also as New Zealand is an English speaking country, my
English language fluency will be improved which is the most required skill, nowadays to interact
with multinationals in order to diversify my future options. I strongly believe that the college
WelTec would help me and lead me to become a sophisticated human being with a managerial
quality.

Nowadays, because of globalization every field is linked globally and in my perspective to

compete with the world, acquiring international standard qualification is an added advantage.
Through the research that I have done I came to know about the various scope and advantages of
international level studies. Through my research I realized that New Zealand is a better option for
studies and furthermore the enquiries that I had with various educational consultants made me
confident of New Zealand’s quality education and convinced me that its education is highly ranked

New Zealand is a country situated in the south western part of Pacific Ocean which consists of two

climate attracted me towards it and moreover the crime rate is very less in New Zealand which
ensures the safety of international students like me. The welcoming nature of the people of New
Zealand assures me the homely feeling and joyful stay during my studies. Studies in New Zealand
assure me a dignified and delightful future.

OBJECTIVE

My strong objective is to make me hold the responsibilities of a Manager/Supervisor in a

multinational business organization.

As the program gives high importance in the development of Applied Business Management
knowledge and skill along with the core transferable skills, I will be confident to grab the positions
in any multinational organization.

Moreover I could pursue International professional career with commercial bodies and agencies
as:

 Human Resource Manager
 Financial Manager

I strongly believe that the course I selected definitely will help me to achieve my career goals
