• Preparation of Pipe inspection Line walk schedule for CATCH ALL offshore team.
• Preparation of CATCH ALL Data Directory using Line walker’s Inspection reports.
• Classify and segregate all the Near-Misses and scope from pilot projects.
• Checking of All Clean ISOMETRIC’s and Field verified drawings.
• Preparation of Master Tracking sheet system-wise for NDT Inspection.

(ii) Re-routing and Additional tapping of Diesel Fuel Lines and Utilities.

Job responsibilities

• Compilation of all P&I.D and GA's drawings system wise, we handled 28 systems of piping.
• Carried out Complete Inspection of all piping System for NDT, Corrosion Monitoring record,
Mechanical Maintenance for Piping & Support.
• Day to Day Activities, Organizing, Tool box talk, Arranging Work Permit. Area Clearing
• Carried out field verification & Inspect each and every feature of piping system.
• Permanent/Temporary Tags on all features of piping system.
• Red line Mark-ups on all P&I.D's and GA's.
• For missing lines/Arrangements, we made ISO's on Field sketch sheet.
