Lesson Plans

A lesson plan is a planning tool that can be created for personal use by faculty or to present content to students. It can include instructional objectives, content areas, and various media. To create a lesson plan in Blackboard, faculty select the "Lesson Plan" option when building content and add a name, description, and instructional details. They can then add content like text, audio, images or videos through the "Curriculum Resources" tab. Lesson plans are customizable and faculty can control what students can view.
