AGREEMENT OF ASSOCIATION OF PERSONS

This written declaration of Association of Persons is made on 26th day of January 2012 at CITY

Whereas an Association of Persons was formed in the name of BJS (Given name) City on 26th January
2019 at a meeting held in CITY NAME with the sponsor Recommendation from.

Whereas for diverse and other reasons it was thought fit to put into writing the purposes / objects of
the Association and the manner in which the AOP to be managed and administrated, being orally
agreed and decided on the 18th January 2019, and hence put into writing this 26th day of January 2019.

Whereas all the members of this AOP at the meeting held in CITY NAME on 26th January 2019 has
authorized the President, 1. Person name to draft and execute a suitable agreement and have
authorized him along with the members of the head Chapter being mentioned herein above in this
document.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH THAT

1. The name of the Association of Persons shall be “BJS (Given Name) City”, hereinafter
called AOP.
2. The Principal place of business and the registered address of this AOP shall be at Address,
India or such other places as members may mutually decide from time to time in writing.

3. The Aims and Objects of the BJS (Given name) City shall be:
a. To achieve all-round development, growth and progress of the people
through promotion of education, health, upliftment of self, moral
foundation and by promotion of moral values and social and physical
aspects of life.

b. In order to awaken the potentialities of Indian people and to create the

stream of potentialities among them, to help the private social

 organizations and to assist in achieving speed in the social and
economic development of India.

c. To assist public and private organizations devoted to social cause and,

further, to assist in implementing the programs which shall be useful
to different social streams in India.

d. To achieve coordination and cooperation between governmental and

non-governmental institutes of national importance doing work in
education and research.

e. To fill up the lapses in the field of national development and

particularly, in the field of conflicts arising out of cultural and racial
diversity.

f. To provide succor and relief to people affected by unnatural and

unnatural disasters through relief and rehabilitation.

g. To provide support to trade, finance, business, entrepreneurs and start

ups to improve skills, knowledge by way of training, work-shops,
programs and all type of such activities with an object of improving
capabilities, maturity, employment and all type of support services.

h. In order to achieve the above objects, to undertake the following

programs, among other things:

i. Start and conduct orphanages, ashrams, and rescue-homes for

orphans, destitute children and women, widows, the disabled and the
helpless for their care, protection and rehabilitation.

j. Start, conduct and manage hospitals, health centers, maternity homes,

dispensaries, clinics, ambulance facilities, etc. and provide the poor
and the needy with medicines and medical facilities gratis or on
nominal charges.

k. Start and conduct institutes for promotion of science, literature, fine

arts, commerce, industry, technology and engineering, as well as for
training students to be self-reliant citizens of India and help other
institutions with similar objects.

l. Start and conduct pre-primary, primary, secondary schools and
colleges in all faculties of education through formal, non-formal and
open streams with residential and non-residential facilities.

m. Assist victims and people affected by communal riots, atrocities, social

unrest as well as natural calamities (example: earthquakes, floods,
drought, volcanoes, etc.)

n. To assist social and developmental activities of governmental and

private institutes working in the fields of education, family planning,
medical services, and other welfare activities.

o. Start research and development centers in the field of economics, social

sciences, medicine, science and industry, and other faculties and to
impart education in these subjects.

p. Provide social, legal, spiritual, moral and emotional support and

services to individuals, groups and communities to cope with personal,
interpersonal, inter-group and inter-community disputes and
problems, and there by enabling people to live in peace, harmony and
mutuality.
q. Contributing towards building a progressive society through
promotion of mass marriages, anti-dowry movement, widow
remarriages, awareness against child marriages.

r. Honour meritorious social workers, sportspersons, athletes, scientists,

and other talented personalities with meritorious achievements.
a. To develop the fellowship among young men through the medium
of their business and professional occupations and community
service activities.

b. To encourage active and responsible citizenship by cultivating the

highest ideals in business, professional and civic traditions.

c. To promote and further international understanding, friendship

and co-operation.

d. To promote the extension of the Association.

 e. To carry on any other activity to further the above objects as the
Executive Committee may decide from time to time

4. The financial year of the AOP shall be from 1st April to 31st March every year.

5. The duration of the AOP shall be at will.

6. A bank account shall be opened in any Scheduled or Co-operative Bank or Banks as in the
name of AOP and the same shall be operated jointly and/or severally by all the parties as may
be decided in writing among them but minimum of two of the person.

7. The AOP may collect funds from each Chapter member based on its membership

8. The AOP will be administered by the Chapter President composed of the President, Vice-
President, Secretary and Treasurer, besides the Immediate Past President.

9. That the Chapter President have an authority to look after and manage the activities of AOP
fruitfully in the interest of AOP, to sign document, to enter into any contracts and so other
activities which required for smooth running of the AOP with the greatest interest of the
activities carried over by the AOP.

10. The Chapter President shall sign any agreement, document etc. as and when required on
behalf of the AOP or as resolved by the Chapter members in its meetings.

11. AOP will specify minimum rules to be observed by the individual members.

12. New members will be inducted to the AOP from time to time.

13. The bye-laws framed by BJS (Given Name) City Chapter India which contains all the rules
and regulations pertaining to the functioning and conduct of the AOP will be final and
binding to all members and will be amended from time to time at general body meeting of the
AOP. A compiled handbook consisting of all rules and regulations of the Association and its
members will be published from time to time. It will supersede any other rules and
regulations previously followed.

14. All decisions taken either unanimously or by the requisite majority by the Association in any
matter relating to the Association, Chapters or Active Chapterrs shall be final and conclusive
and binding on the Association, Chapters members and its Active members and the same shall
not be subject to proceedings in a Court of Law. Any dispute shall be resolved by friendly
consultations and in any case shall have to adhere to the Bye Laws framed by the AOP.

If for any reason, it is found not favourable to continue to carry on the activities of the AOP, then with
the written consent of the General Body and as per the rules and guidelines as provided in the Bye

Laws on the issue, the entire surplus of assets over liabilities of the AOP shall be either returned to its
members or transferred to any other institution like another AOP , provided that the other institution is
having objects similar to the objects of this AOP.
