• Introduction
The human kind had used eggs of animal as one of the sources of food, but as
the time passed the human abilities to survive improved resulting in an explosion of
challenge. But as they say the need is the drive behind invention.
Chicken breeders usually control and monitor their chicken eggs incubator
machine manually and periodically to ensure the hatching process run well, it causes
an inefficient time and energy. In order to avoid that, chicken eggs incubator
machine is made with modern technology and make the duties of chicken farmer
easier.
1843; he received the patent for his creation in the city of New York (No. 3,019). The
patent described a "mode of distributing steam heat, purifying air, etc." for hatching
chicken's eggs that keep the temperature and humidity at defined values, so that the
eggs are incubated and the chicks finally hatch after some days. This study helps
provide a machine that will increase the scale in egg production process.
It might as well be used to incubate other things than chicken's egg like other
kinds of eggs.
General Objective
incubator using Arduino. In this project we will be design and construct an incubator.
For incubator project few parameters are needs to be control. First of all, we need an
insulated box. Inside of this box we need to control few parameters. We need to
used to control humidity. For Air circulation we need a small Fan. We also need a
We are Using Arduino Uno to control all these sensors and all the Circuits of
the incubator.
Egg turner is also very important to prevent the eggs mortality. For egg turner
a large container tray is needed to hold the eggs. The egg turner is further connected
to the DC gear motor which control its turning after every eight hours.
Specific Objectives:
humidity.

The following states what the prototype can do and cannot do as for the
functionalities. The scope of the study includes the details that the prototype
encompasses and the limitation of the study involves the constraints of the
prototype.
Scope
Design a system and hardware for egg incubator with automatic controlled of
• Temperature Control
• Humidity Control
• Fan Monitoring
• Egg Turner
Limitation
The incubator requires power source to work. In most rural and remote areas,
It has a high risk of damaging the embryo and also it can encourage eggs
