Cookbook Rubric

This document provides a rubric for evaluating a student cookbook project. It lists 6 requirements for the cookbook including being organized in a binder, having sections divided by recipe type, having neatly printed recipes, including photos and organization, having an appropriate cover, and including at least 30 recipes. Points are assigned to each requirement with a total of 150 points possible. Space is provided for student and teacher comments on the strengths and areas for improvement of the individual cookbook.
