What particular construction methods were used?
Provide a brief bulleted narrative on any Key points of the Construction that attributed to the success of the
project or caused major problems during the course of the Project.
What were the technical issues raised during the progress of the project?
What was the performance of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumping “MEP” Consultant, how would you
rate the Consultant?
Where there any particularly changeling technical aspects of the project that had to be tackled and how
were they overcome?.
What level of re-engineering did we carry out?
Did we have to produce any new method statements for any particular aspect of this project?. If so were
can a copy of this be obtained, it may be useful on another project.
This summary tabulates the development of the final budget. It is maintained over the course of
the project and one is referred for guidance . Attachment # 4
9.0 CLAIMS
This summary tabulates the all claims that were raised during the course of the project.
The form “Claims log” should be included in the Attachment # 5.
Another form of outmost importance should be carefully completed: to address the following:
o Brief Description.
o Claim Information: Amount and / or value
o Cause (Brief).
o Contract basis of claim (Clause #)
o Employer Settlement :

11.0 STUDIES
Most of the information contained in this Report can be completed only at the end of construction. In many
cases, however, special studies can be prepared and distributed soon after the particular events studied
are completed. Examples of such special studies might include the following:
