Employee Wellness Student Intern June 2019 – August 2019
• Evaluated and redesigned a volunteer training program as a part of an inter-professional team.
The program will serve more than 300 current employees and all future program volunteers.
• Improved a one-hour nutrition education curriculum through selection of audience-appropriate
nutrition science content.
• Created two population-specific exercise guides designed to improve physical health.
• Adapted a vegan recipe and analyzed its nutrition content using Esha’s Food Processor Nutrition
Analysis software. Content was published on the Henry Ford Live Well blog.
