6 Vendor Experience

Note:
1) The columns marked with (*) shall be specified by vendor.

2) Boiler to comply with FACTORIES AND MACHINERY (STEAM BOILER AND UNFIRED PRESSURE VESSEL)
REGULATIONS, 1970 . Refer Attachment -1.

3) For Stack Emission regulation refer Attachment-2.

4) SOx and NOx abatement unit to be provided to meet the Stack Emission Norms as per Attachment-2

5) Boiler turndown is 37%.

6) Low NOx Burner to be used.

6) Preferred fuel for combustion is off gas with following properties, Pressure = 6 kg/cm2 g, Temp = 45
deg C , Mol wt =51.5 , Composition Mass. Fraction (Note) : C1 - 0.00 , C2 - 0.02, C3 - 0.35, C4 - 0.61,
C5 - 0.01, C6+ - Negligible, Moisture 0.001 There could be slight variation in the gas quality

7) Vendor to indicate quantity of Off-Gas required.

8) Alternatively fuel oil with properties as per clause 6.15 of Attachement-4 will be used for combustion,
Vendor to indicate the quantity of fuel oil required.

9) Additionally Steam (720 kg/hr) ,Ammonia (3.73 kg/hr) and H2S (0.75 kg/hr) will be charged in the
burners. Vendor to consider same for sizing of burner and SOx & NOx abatement unit.
