PROJECT TITLE: HR AUDIT : AN ESSENTIAL IMPROVEMENT TOOL


Objectives of the Study: 1) HR audit gives the opportunity to align the HR practices with the organizational strategy, identify improvement

areas and keeps abreast with the current practices.

2) Performing an HR audit is especially important because it mitigates the risk of being liable for what are

considered to be unfair employment practices.

3) Legal issues and conflicts can be extremely costly, and HR audits are a proactive way to minimize the costs

associated with such compliance issues.

Scope Of The Study 1) The study depends upon the opinion of the employees working in the organization.

2) There is no guarantee that employees are determining the accurate or exact opinions in the questionnaire.

3) If they mislead us, the whole study may become inaccurate.

4) The scope of the study mainly depends upon the opinion of the employees who are working in the organization.

Preparatory work analysis : Will work on Primary Research And Secondary Research

Methodology: 1) Write- Up ( Based On Authors Research And Design)

2) Questionnaire Design
