COMES NOW, the Accused, by himself, and unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully moves for the reduction of his bail bond, and respectfully states:

1. That on _________, this Honorable Court issued a Warrant of Arrest dated


________ directing the apprehension of the accused for failure to appear during the trial
on ___________ and the bail for his provisional release has been set at P____________;

2. That the accused is not affluent in life, being a retired military officer with
no other source of income, such that it is impossible for him to pay the full amount of his
bond and is therefore constrained to request for a reduction of the amount of bail;

3. That due to unavailable financial resources, accused could not produce


and raise such substantial bail bond amount, and thus appeals to the kindness of this
Honorable Court for the reduction of his bail bond in the total amount of
_________________(Php ________________) for the above case;

4. That accused filed this motion in view of the urgent and pressing need.

5. As such, accused appeals to the mercy and compassion of this Honorable


Court and respectfully requests that his bail be reduced to P_____________.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully moved that Accused


be allowed to post his bail bond for the above case at a reduced CASH BOND in the total
