Announcement For Early Cut Off

All STEP employees are required to submit their daily time records (DTR) by December 23, 2019 at 5:00 pm, as the payroll cutoff date has been moved earlier to December 23 due to Christmas Day falling on December 25. Late DTR submissions will be processed during the next payroll period. Employees are asked to take note of this change in cutoff date for accurate and timely payroll processing over the holidays.

ANNOUNCEMENT

TO: ALL STEP EMPLOYEES

Please be informed that due to upcoming celebration of Christmas Day which


will be on December 25, I declared the EARLY CUT-OFF for the Payroll period
of December 11 – 25 on December 23, 2019.

Thus, all STEP employees are required to submit your DTR on December 23,
2019 until 5:00 pm only.

Late DTR will be accepted, however, it will be processed on the next cut off.

For your guidance and compliance.
