Salarium has a highly configurable time and attendance system... We offer multiple tracking
methods to address the unique business needs of many of our customers...

We feature a mobile and web bundy clock that allow your employees to time in and out from
their PCs or their mobile phones.

There’s a really unique feature to these two methods since we can IP restrict TIME attendance
to a specific location... this ensures that we know 100%... that your employees are actually at
their place of work...

We also have timesheet management where employees can just fill-up a timesheet. For
example, “Last week, I worked 40 hours on project A, B, and C... Yesterday... I worked 8 hours
on project A…”

This timesheet is sent to the supervisor for approval... Once it’s approved... it’s forwarded to
payroll for processing… all in a matter of a few clicks!

We also have the ability to utilize your existing biometrics system... all we need is a .CSV file
that you can upload directly into our system… It just needs to map and match to the format we
use...

Our most popular method, obviously, is our own biometric system which we offer. Our
biometrics device is plug-and-play and works wirelessly on 3G or a Wi-Fi connection. You
simply need to take them out of the box and put them on the wall.

This eliminates the expensive costs associated with purchasing cables, servers, switches, or IT
support which come for each and every site... With our Biometrics solution...if you need to add a
new site... you can literally bring it online in seconds.

If you have out of the office events... you can take these devices with you... With the assurance
that all TIME attendance is being beamed directly into our cloud server in real-time.

Slide 6:
Now this to me is one of the most powerful features in our system… We call it Time Dispute
Prevention. Basically simplifying the correction process.
Let me run a scenario by you… I’m sure last week during your payroll... you had employees
coming up to you telling you their payslip was wrong…

This is because their attendance reporting was out of sync.. Your system said that they were
absent last Wednesday... they said that they weren’t… Does this sound familiar?

So...what typically happens is in order to validate their claim... you have to check the time logs...
should you find the error... now you have to fill out some paperwork... even talk to the
supervisor... once approved… you have to re-compute the payroll... and make an adjustment to
be applied to the next pay cycle... It’s a big hassle.

In Salarium, we solve this by actually eliminating 90% of this process using our Time Dispute
Prevention feature...

You see, by allowing employees to see their clock-in and out records in real-time... they can
proactively see the error and file a time correction right on the spot in just a few clicks... this
request is sent automatically to their supervisor or manager for review and approval... once
resolved it is seamlessly adjusted and forwarded to the payroll process.

This ensures that the payroll is correct... the first time around...

Reducing the need to make adjustments makes processing and closing payroll easy!

commissions… or anything that you may have that is unique to your payroll… the system is

We do this in an effort to reduce the amount of questions your employees may ask about their
pay...

Salarium has a very unique feature that is only only found in our system… as far as I know... I’m
sure you’re aware the department of labor requires that you track your employees as they are
receiving their payslips...

DOLE actually wants a physical signature on each payslip... That’s a lot of work...

Salarium ensures that you comply with the labor code by requiring your employees to view their
payslips on the portal… once the employee views the payslip...our system records their activity
on a separate read-only database… we record the time… the date… and the employees IP
address…

The record of this action is digital proof that the payslip was viewed by the employee... Should
the DOLE ever audit your office... you’ll be able to provide this record in literally 4 clicks... by
simply defining a date range...you can download the file... and give the document to the
department of labor as evidence of your compliance to the labor code...

We also have an optional module for companies that file reimbursement... This feature allows
your employees to submit reimbursement requests through the system... Simply take a photo of
the receipts.. and fill-up the reimbursement form...

Once the approval is done, this will be credited on to their next payroll.

At this time I would like to introduce to you… SALPay… SALPay is the easiest and most secure
way to pay your employees...

What is SALPay?... SALPay is a cash card… paired with an E-Wallet… it provides your
employees with additional banking features...

We created SALPay for two reasons...

One... we saw that the process of setting up a new employee bank account typically falls on the
HR... this just adds another task to their already long list of to do’s...

Our data tells us that it can take up to 4 to 8 hours to complete this process… From the back
and forth of getting the employee to sign the ID… to completing the paperwork from the bank…
and it can even take over 4 weeks of time before you actually get the physical ATM card in your
hand...

Two… we realized that the typical bank loading process... is very insecure... There is a high
probability... whichever institution you bank with... is using a plain text file that you upload into
their cash management system… plain text...
This method is susceptible and prone to human error... If you accidentally lean on the keyboard
and add an extra zero... you may end up paying somebody a million pesos instead of a hundred
thousand...

What more if there’s intent of fraud involved… where somebody’s actually trying to manipulate
this file...

At Salarium... we solved this problem by linking payroll directly with disbursement...

So in our system...the closed net pay of an employee is the only amount that can get transferred
to their SALPay account... Not one centavo more... not one centavo less...

Setting up a SALPay Corporate account is very simple and easy... Much like opening a bank
account.

We have government forms that we need you to prepare and fill-out... once you setup the
account... You’re able to fund the SALPay account from any major bank in the Philippines...

Now the real value for HR is when it comes to creating employee accounts... It’s never been
easier… You can literally create a single employee or multiple employee accounts with just 1-
click...

Once you create the employee account... the employee receives an invitation via e-mail to setup
their SALPay by downloading either the Android/iOS app… or they can use their computer...

Upon account set up… The employee will be prompted to upload their own photo ID and proof
of address... once we verify the information… their card will arrive in as little as 5 working days.

Employees love SALPay. They get a better banking experience than they’re typically used to...

Each account comes paired with a prepaid debit MasterCard… your employees can use this
card to shop online as well as Internationally wherever MasterCard is accepted...

They can also, view their account transactions through the app... pay bills to over 100 bill
operators… cash out at any major bank... and soon... pawnshops... directly from the app…

As a SALPay account holder... your employees have access to our loans platform that we
leverage on top of the e-wallet… this gives your employees the benefits of quick access to
financial services available at their fingertips.

Salarium has its own security protocol... I’m sure this is not as relevant to you as maybe for your
IT... but it’s good to know that we use the highest encryption methods possible on our platform...

We backup our system daily so that we minimize any data loss to no more than 24 hours.

Your data is private... as we comply with the Philippine data privacy protection act.

Our pricing is the most affordable payroll software offered in the market today… it’s 50 pesos
per employee per month (25 pesos per disbursement)... We’re assuming that it’s two
disbursements because 90% of the companies follow a bi-monthly payroll cycle...

That price includes free support, maintenance, upgrades, and hosting... There is a one-time
charge for the implementation fee and the card issuance of 500 pesos for each employee.
