b. Enumerate baking tools and equipment and their uses
c. Develop a greater understanding about the topic presented

3. Checking of attendance
D. Lesson Proper:
The teacher will explain the connection of the activity to their lesson for today.
IV. Generalization:
Volunteer students will be called to summarize the lesson.
V. Evaluation:

B. Motivation
“Word Puzzle’’
The students will be divided into two. Each group will be having puzzled words to be arranged
and paste it on the board. Ask the students to give their ideas about the words fixed. The first to
finish the activity will get a special price.
The teacher will now introduce the baking tools and equipment and their used.
D. Lesson Proper:
Ask the students to identify and explain the connection of the activity to their lesson for today.
Let the students enumerate the tools and equipment in baking.
Allow students to participate and cooperate actively in the class discussion.
Students will be group into six. Then call each representative to pick up one folded strip (already
prepared by the teacher) which includes the following words: 1) what are the tools in baking?
Give at least five items, 2) Name the equipment in baking, 3) give the types of ovens? 4) Define
tools? , 5) Define equipment? 6) What are ovens?. Each representative will answer the question
they picked.
