& JNV, Puducherry, for the parents of scholars and the scholars of Dakshana Foundation’s
IIT-JEE 2020 course.

I understand the condition that in case of my ward involving himself/herself in any


kind of in disciplinary activity, he may be expelled out of the said Dakshana course at any
point of time during its duration. I undertake, agree to & understand the condition that in such
a case or in case of my wars voluntarily opting out of the course at any time before its
completion, I am liable to refund to Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti all expenditure incurred on
my ward by NVS & by Dakshana up to that point of time.
