QUALIFIED THEFT

JOEY D. DEE, of legal age, single and a resident of Brgy.20 Laoag City, Ilocos Norte
personally appeared at this station and requested to put on record that on or about 3:00 AM
on October 23, 2017 when he went inside his house, particularly his room to get some money,
he saw Miss Marimar Oao, his domestic servant, in front of his study table and he saw Miss Oao
put a laptop, cellphone and a tablet inside her bag, such laptop, tablet and cellphone belonged
to Mr. Dee. He shouted at Ms. Oao but she quickly jumped of the window of the room and fled
away from the crime scene.
