1. Compare and draw the reverse bias characteristics of lightly and heavily doped
diodes
2. Draw the voltage current characteristic of a PN diode by conducting suitable
experiments
3. Conduct suitable experiments and find out reverse saturation current and knee
voltage of a diode.

resistance of a diode in forward biased condition.
5. Conduct suitable experiments and draw the input and output characteristics of a
transistor in CE configuration.
6. Draw the trans conductance characteristic of Junction Field Effect Transistor by
conducting suitable experiment
7. Draw the static emitter characteristic of a transistor with single junction by
conducting suitable experiments.
8. Design a relaxation oscillator using UJT and plot the output characteristic.
9. Design an oscillator and observe the effect of variation in R & C on oscillator
frequency.

register.
16. Construct a down counter using JK flip flop and verify its working,
17. Construct an up counter using JK flip flop and verify its working,
18. Construct synchronous 4-bit binary up/down counter and verify its functioning.
19. Implement and plot the output waveform of a Differentiator using Operational
Amplifier.
20. Implement and plot the output waveform of an Integrator using Operational

Amplifier.
