ENIQ).
At present, working on providing end to end support to customer like Aircel, Dishnet, Uninor and Bhutan
Telecom on OSS and ENIQ product. Prior to that was working as SOLUTION INTEGRATOR for telecom
product Operations Support System (OSS) with its implementation for Vodafone, Bharti & Idea India Primarily
looking into the FCAPS tasks. Secondly on ENIQ which is Ericsson proprietary tool for performance
management.
Previous engagement was with Indus Towers, where I worked in Tower operation center (TOC) as a network
support engineer.

This was a PAN India OSS upgrade when Bharti Airtel was about to upgrade all its OSS in India during October
2011-August 2012. We faced challenges as most of the team members were new to the product at that time.
