Overall 6 years of experience in Fault Management, Performance Management, Service Delivery (Deployment,

This was a PAN India OSS upgrade when Bharti Airtel was about to upgrade all its OSS in India during October
2011-August 2012. We faced challenges as most of the team members were new to the product at that time.
