P&ID but Pressure switch (Tag- 40_PS_102) is provided so pls conform the same
15 Softener feed pump motor 2 tripping by taking over load is to be solved

Mechanical
Filter feed pump 1 frequently coupling & spyder is getting disturbed (now kept under
1 observation)
2 RO filter is leaking continously from the beginning.
3 Caustic Dosing system Gearbox is sounding abnormally.
4 Foot Vaves of N-pit pumps I &2 are problematic & need suppoorting clamp for pump2
5 DMF-2 Inlet LINe leakage.
6 RO cleaning system is to be installed and ckeck .
7 HP dosing pump stirror problem
8 Softener feed pump motor- 2 tripping by taking over load
9 HRSC scraper motor problem.
10 Some part of DM unit is fitted with UPVC which is actually of metal .
11 RO reject line leakage from the beginning.

12 DM unit output that is 3.5 m3 flow of rotometer is not matching with online flowmeter.
13 RO feed pump-2 pump side obnormal sound observed
Design parameters
1 Need HRSC & Cooliing Tower water Designed paramers that are not given in Manual.
