Question No .2
Ans: A good design is always that which symbolize the usage of the
features according to users aspect of mind. Like there we can view in the
screenshot is opend Security windows where all the security related
options are being displayed in a very organized and sequenced manner.
In a way any simple person can understand. But many people do not like
to recognize text as human minds recognize things according to their
picture very easily.

So keeping it in mind there are icons displayed witch just describes the
actual working of the feature. As for right windows option panel there is
Home icon Protection option shield icon , Account setting Person Icon,
Network icon for network Settings, Device Security Computer hardware
icon and for the health & Performance of the device Heart Icon.

But also if the windows recommended feature turned off in security it


shows a warning icon. It is very good design because putting soo much
text in that place will make difficult for the users to understand the
system of settings and consumes a lot of the time of the user in our
screenshot its not that case its all well organized in sequence and
minimal text with icons for the features like
 Virus & threat Protection
 Account protection
 Firewall network
 App & Browser Control
 Device security Control
 Device Performance and health

Question No .3 Write a short scenario describing how
a guest would order a coffee using your interface?
Ans:
I. Scenario:
1.As a customer first select the manu from witch the categories of
coffees will shown to him.
2.Then all the categories of the coffees with their kinds.
3.Then after selecting the one witch the user wants then it will show the
details of the with price and order options
4. After selecting the coffee it will ask for more with their will be option
their and if yes user can continue…
5.Untill user’s done with order and then at finishing it will ask the user
for Packing or serving in the Café X it will be users choice because the
Café is fully automated.
6. After that user will be showed by the system his table and time
remaing for his order to approach that table.
Write the persona of user for this product.

II. Persona
Anthony is 24 years old just finished his Bechlors in Computer
science degree and now works at CompSoft software house. His new
job is very demanding of him and a lot of hardwork that he has to put
into it, yer still he is very enthusiastic about his job and excited to
learn about the Market. At the end of his full day job he always stop
at this café where he order his faverout coffee and relaxe after a long
day of hardwork.Also drinking the coffee he plans about his future for
his own software house and how close he is to make that happen ,then

enoying the coffee he goes home and prepare for tomorrow and cycle
repeates.
