SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ROBERTO T. DELA CRUZ, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
Zamboanga City, Philippines, do hereby name, appoint and constitute PETER R. ROBREDO, of
legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Zamboanga City, Philippines, to be my true
and lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me and in my name, place and stead, for my own benefit and
use to do and perform any of the following acts and things to wit:
1. To file an ejectment case before the Barangay Lupon Tagapamayapa and in any
court of proper jurisdiction of the Philippines;
2. To appear in my behalf in the hearing, pre-trial conference, and pre-trial thereof and
to give testimony in any trial thereof;
3. To attend to alternative modes of dispute resolution and to enter into stipulations and
admissions of facts and documents or exhibits to be presented, to sign
Verification/Certification, to enter into an amicable settlement, and such other
matters as may aid in the prompt disposition of the action;
4. To make, sign and execute all necessary documents for the attainment of the above-
mentioned purpose and/or for the settlement of the above-mentioned case;
5. To do all other acts necessary for the attainment and accomplishment of the above-
specified powers;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be
done and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully
do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand on this 8 th day of January 2020,
in the City of Zamboanga, Philippines.
