Media Producer
Media Producers are often involved in several aspects of producing audio and video content
used for commercials, movies, online channels, and other mediums. Media producers may
be responsible for a range of tasks, like animation and narration, editing and arranging
videos or developing program material.

Skills:
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign.
● Able to direct, create, edit and publish video content to publish online.
● Confident and well-spoken to direct video content.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● An eye for detail is essential.
● Good organisational and time management skills.
● A willingness to work under pressure, when needed to.
● Creative flair and readiness to take constructive criticism.
Responsibilities:
● A social media guru - you know how to get the attention of our audience and grow
our audience through social media jargon. You are comfortable with using all social
media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
● Video-wiz - you are confident and capable of shooting, editing and publishing videos
to our social media pages and website.
● A flare for content – you are comfortable writing content that will engage our
audience, and have a flare for creative writing.
● Print – you are able to help with the creation of marketing material when the need
arises. Experience in dealing with print would be a great advantage.
● Email – you are able to create interesting and creative bulk campaigns to email to our
customers, installers and distributors.
Requirements:
Education: 5 GCSEs including English and Maths. Level 4/5 qualification in a related field.
Able to create social media content from concept to finished work. Confident and capable of
presenting videos to publish online.

Video Editor
As a film or video editor, you'll be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a
finished product that's suitable for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage,
dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects.

Responsibilities:
● You have significant experience editing videos professionally
● You’re extremely proficient with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
● You’re great at colour correction and editing sound
● You're organized and pay close attention to detail
● You have a fast and stable internet connection
