Comparison of Performance Characterization in 2X2, 3X3 and 4X4 Array Antennas

This document compares the performance of 2x2, 3x3, and 4x4 array antennas. Rectangular patch array models were constructed and simulated using HFSS. The return loss was the same for all arrays (-30.11 dB) at 2.6 GHz. Bandwidth increased slightly from 0.88% for 2x2 to 0.9% for 4x4. Gain increased more significantly from 11.54 dB for 2x2 to 17.92 dB for 4x4, showing that larger arrays provide better gain as expected. Additional parameters like maximum field values were reported for each array type, with the 4x4 array showing the highest gain performance due to its larger size. In

The performance characteristics of all the three
models are presented here and the analysis is done
depending on the comparative study. Table (1)
shows all the three types of antennas output
parameters. Table (1) shows the parameters return
