Fish Longganisa with cheese

Materials:
Fish meat
Salt, refined
Sugar, refined
Black pepper, ground
Garlic, chopped finely
Vetsin (msg)
Other ingredients: Carrots, Cheese and Potato

Procedure:
1. Select good quality raw materials
2. Wash fish, stretch and split.
3. Separate the flesh, debone and chop.
4. Measure the ingredients and set aside.
5. Mix ingredients salt, sugar and add
Water and mix until well blended.
6. Add meat and mix well
7. Add seasonings and other ingredients and mix again.
8. Wrap in paperlyne then pack in polyethylene bag in ¼ or ½ kg.
9. Store in freezer.
10. Deep Fry and serve
Chicken embutido
Ingredients
A. Chicken meat, ground
B. Curing mix
Salt, refined
Water, Chilled
C. Seasonings
Sugar, refined
Black pepper, ground
Onion, Chopped finely.
Carrots, Chopped finely
Vetsin
Egg, Fresh
Cheese grated
Butter Spread in aluminum foil)
II. Procedure
1. Measure curing ingredients and mix well. Add chicken meat and mix well until tacky.
2. Add the seasonings and then add 1 fresh egg.
3. Spread butter in aluminum foil. Spread meat mixture in aluminum foil( 1 cup per roll),
Allowing 1 inch on each side. Roll meat and twist both ends. Be sure that the roll is tight.
4. Prick foil with pin and steam for 1 hour. Cool.
