I may not be the inspiring leader standing here in front of you but to be a leader doesn't mean to be

perfect isn't it? I admit I do mistake which aren't beyond what people want but most importantly I
accept my mistake and learn a lot from it. Being a leader isn't an easy task and responsibilities to
take, at some point base on my experiences I slept late at night, at that point I felt the dizziness, by
any time my head would fell off, I admit that I’m really weak in facing trials causing for me to cry a
lot wanting to accomplish the given task. But at the end what do crying brought? nothing right? you
need to be strong at everything always put in mind that you are to be a motivation and be a witness.
What you just do is to waste your tears which doesn't even help me at all to start something because
of the worry I’ve got to our group which happen to experience a lot of quarrel because of the
misunderstanding, therefore as a leader I must confront them and make possible solution to be as
one. Let’s just accept the fact that they have their different kind of attitude, no need to mention but
all I need to do is to control my temper, even though its’s really hard to encourage them to help me
and be united, I as the leader is responsible to face consequence of their action and decisions.
Misunderstanding start at the close decision that are not made they happened not to open up things
they want because what you want is only your decision, let them open up their decision, thus open
up your mind and ears to listen to him or her but also welcome criticism and discrimination. Crying
and sleeping late at night makes me realize that I’m weak but because of God He provides
everything for me to comply on every task that was given to me. For those who are listening right
now. Always cover your work with prayer and His guidance. As for what Luke said on verse 1:37 is for
with God nothing is impossible. Be thankful and grateful for His presence was shown although out
your trials which your able to overcome it. Before I end my speech I would like to leave you a
statement “the weak finished the task because of the strong Man that help her”.
