 Established in the year 1982 with an objective to produce and supply highly sophisticated
Control Valves in technical collaboration with M/s. Gulde Regelarmaturen GmbH & Co. Kg
of Erstwhile West Germany.
The Company started assembly and testing of valves in the year 1983 by importing
components from its collaborators and commenced commercial production.
1985 onwards has supplied several thousands of valves to various core sector industries in
India as well as abroad.
Located at Rozka Meo Industrial Estate, Sohna in Distt. Gurgaon (Haryana),
CVL is by the same promoter group as Titagarh Group in Kolkata. Titagarh is a leading
manufacturer of Railway rolling stock and is the first multinational in the field of rolling stock in
India.

The factory is spread out in an area of 28000 Sq. Mtrs.


 Covered area of approx. 4700 Sq. Mtrs.

Tools & Accessories both imported and indigenous

CVL boasts of having a modern Metrology Lab, Flow


Control Laboratory and a full fledged Engineering
Department.

POWER GAS etc.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The Control Valves being quite expensive, to reduce the replacement costs and to meet the need of the
user industries, the company has established a separate department for reconditioning/overhauling of
Control Valves of different types and makes.
It also undertakes Annual Maintenance Contract for preventive/breakdown maintenance of
Control Valves and Actuators.
This department is manned by highly skilled, dedicated and experienced staff.
Since adequate facilities are available in-house for design as well as manufacture of
required spares and testing of reconditioned valves, these valves will perform as good as new valves.
Necessary test certificates are also provided for reconditioned/serviced valves.
