Letter of Certification for Structural Design of Proposed Building Development

We have carried out the structural design of a Residential Building (a duplex) for Engr.
Everest Ukeje in accordance with the limit state design methodology and certify it’s
conformity with relevant building standards and proper construction practice.
The structure was designed using the standard codes of practice below as contained in the
structural design report:
BS 8110; the structural use of concrete Part 1:1997
BS 6339; Part 1 1996, Part 2 1995 and Part 2 1988.

CAREER SUMMARY:
Engr. Joseph is an energetic, result-oriented engineering professional with over
seventeen years of professional experience. He is a good team player with excellent
written and oral communication skills in English language. His experience includes
Project management, Structural engineering design and drafting activities associated
with the upstream, downstream, onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities, residential
and commercial buildings design and supervision. Relevant technical experience
includes Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering, Technical
Studies and Reviews, Procurement, Construction and Installation. He has acquired good
design expertise, which includes skills in structural design analysis, structural detailing,
project management and project planning amongst others. He is also adept with safety
and security policies within the oil and gas industry.  He currently works as a Civil
Structural Engineer with good working knowledge of SACS, Staadpro, Orion, Fastrak,
Prokon, Mathcad, Autocad, Navisworks, MS Project and Ms Office Suite. He is also
conversant with AISC, API, AWS, EC/BS and other International/Company Standards as
