That I, ROBERTO M. SOMOLLO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of


Don Candido Subd., Fundidor, Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint my wife GENEVIEVE G. SOMOLLO, of legal age, Filipino, and also a resident of
Don Candido Subd., Fundidor, Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-
in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers,
to wit:

1. To process, transact, sign, receive/claim any and all documents with the REGISTRY
OF DEEDS, CITY ASSESSORS OFFICE, BUREAU OF INTERNAL
REVENUE (BIR) and DEPARTMNENT OF AGRARIAN REFORMS (DAR) and
with any other government or private agencies, pertaining all of my properties;

2. To pay any fees and submit any and all documents pertaining thereto and to sign in
my behalf;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or
could do if personally present and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these present.
