1. To purchase a real estate property, or properties anywhere in the Philippines in an amount
acceptable to her;
2. To sign and/or execute in any deed of conveyance to effect the sale of the property in

3. To make payments, sign papers, execute any document and deliver contracts, documents,
agreements, and other writings of whatever nature or kind of which needed my consent or
personal authority, with any and all third persons, concerns and entities for the
preservation of the property, for the same to be titled and transferred under my name and
which maybe necessary or required in performing and consummating the aforesaid acts.
4. To sign, execute and deliver promissory notes, mortgage contracts over the property to
secure the credit under such terms and conditions, as my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may
deem proper and convenient;
5. To receive all the documents pertinent to the purchase of any property. To receive
proceeds of the promissory note or notes which my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may
execute in connection with the Credit; or
6. To encase, endorse or negotiate the check or checks that may be issued by any of the
property seller be it a company or individual in connection with the Credit.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and authority to
do and perform all or any acts requisite and/or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authorities, as fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could lawfully do, if
personally present and acting in person, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may also do or cause to be done
under and by virtue of these presents.
