DISCUSSION:
1. May 4, 2020 - return date of Students and Employees
General Services will disinfect all classrooms and offices (1week before the return date of
Employees and Students)

2. Those who will be coming from other places will be quarantine for 1 week to be monitored by the
Clinic staff headed by Dra. Felonia.
Task force will be composed of General services personnel, Security force, Clinic personnel,
OSA personnel, and 1 representative from each department-assigned to monitor students and take
note Where they came from? Where are they residing while staying in the campus?

Information dissemination on the Dos and Don’ts on proper hygiene will be posted in all strategic
location inside the campus (in tarpaulin) c/o of Clinic.
Hand washing facilities and face mask will be provided.

3. All Deans and Campus Director closely monitor the activities of the faculty in coping up all the
remaining competencies for final term because in Region XII only CFCST done their midterm
examination before the declaration of ECQ.
Closely monitor students’ theses
Graduate School faculty keep touch with your advisees
GS graduating students are required to submit all requirements for graduation.
Other faculty are using online teaching, students who don’t have access on internet connection
will submit their output when they return
Alternate class will be done to observe social distancing
4. May 11 will be the resumption of classes

5. OJT Status
Consider the number of hours they spent in the agencies where they are assigned. OJT
coordinator will look for alternatives in order to comply with the lacking hours of the students.

6. Extension of classes will be implemented to fully finish all competencies in the course. There will
be an extension of class schedules, including Saturdays and Sundays (if needed) in order to
comply with the required contact hours.
OTHER MATTERS:
1. 1% Basic Salary deduction will be voluntary, those who want to extend their help to frontliners
should signify/inform the accounting head.

2. As per record there are 26 stranded students who were given supplies thru the leadership of Mam
Glenda Saligan.
P 7,900.00 donated amount from employees (stranded students were given with their needs (1 st to
3rd batch))
P1,800.00 left amount.
There is left amount of P19,000.00 contributed by faculty and non-teaching employees as
assistance to Earthquake victims.
Use the remaining fund to help the skylab drivers, vendors inside the campus and JO especially
those who were not renewed contract.
Some of the CCP budget will be realign to provide relief goods to all stranded students.

3. Dra. Gloria Felonia will be assigned as CFCST Focal Person for the Isolation Facility

4. JO has still budget for their salary according to the acting accountant

5. Posting of projects are delayed due the implementation of EQC

6. For Basic Ed, if the DepEd will have their graduation ceremony, we will also have. Let us prepare
for that…

7. Updates on the status of the 18 faculty who were not included in the NBC 7-A reclassification.
Dr. Garcia, USM president said he will be the in-charge to the follow up the concern to DBM 12
Regional Director because only Region XII based the ECQ points in the old guidelines.

8. JHS building- remove the wall so that it could be used as open classroom
Or make a nipa hut as temporary classrooms

9. Offering of new courses


Criminology will be prioritize and hire Dr. Hanodin Pahm (retired police) to facilitate in the
preparation of courses, syllables, etc.
Every year we will offer new program

Meeting was adjourned at 12:01PM. No more business discussed.
