PEC Questionnaire

This self-rating questionnaire consists of 55 statements about work-related behaviors. Respondents rate themselves on a scale of 1 to 5 for each statement. The ratings are then totaled according to 10 competency categories to provide an assessment of strengths and weaknesses. PEC's Self Rating Questionnaire

Instructions: This questionnaire consists of 55 brief statements. Read each statement and decide how well it
describes you. Be honest about yourself. Remember no one does everything very well
Select one of the numbers to indicate how well the statement describes you
5- always 3- sometimes 1- never
4- usually 2- rarely
Write the number you selected on the line to the left side of each statement.
Some statement may be similar but no two statements are exactly alike
Please answer all questions
1 I look for things that needs to be done
2 When faced with difficult problem, I spend a lot of time trying to find a solution
