Prepare salary statement for the month of June 2016

1. Allot new employee ID’s & Pay bands to all the employees above mentioned.
2. Kindly prepare leave record for the calendar year 2016 of all the employees.
3. Sl.No 10 has resigned on 20.06.2016.
4. Sl.No 06 has applied CL from 05.06.16 to 08.06.16. From may 2016 to till date he has not availed any
leave.

Note: Leave policy of kinley Ltd.

 All the staff are eligible below mentioned leaves


10 CL, 10 SL, 10 PL
 CL’s is applicable from the date of joining the company on pro-rata basis.
 SL’s is applicable after six months of DOJ.
 PL’s is applicable after completion of 01 year service.
 CL’s can be availed only 01 in a month. If not can be carried forward to next month. Max 03 CL’s can be
availed continuously.

Kindly prepare Leave Register & salary statement for the month of June-2016 for above mentioned
employees.
