For the Month of January 2020

School watchman are put into place to protect students and teachers and provide
communities with peace of mind. They often have a variety of responsibilities throughout the
course of a normal day.
As a school watchman my accomplishment for this month were:
1. Ensure that campus facilities and school community members were safe and
secure.
2. Keep alert for people with unusual behavior/attitude around the campus.
3. Secure premises and personnel by patrolling properly.
4. Assist pupils, teachers, schoolhead and visitors inside the premises.
5. Does other related work as agreed between school head and watchman.

Being a watchman is not an easy task. As a school watchman my accomplishment for this
month were:

1. Reported to duty on time in time of duty


2. Checked every individuals whp are not teachers, school head and pupils who wish
to enter the premises everyday.
3. As rendered by the schoolhead and staff in accordance with policies and order of
the school
4. I helped to safeguard school properties against untoward individual for the month
of February 2020.
5. I helped to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the school.
6. My utmost duty to maintain peace and order of the school.

3. Patrol and monitor school premises on various shifts, including, days, nights, weekends
and holidays to provide security and protection to students, personnel, equipment and
property
