JOB BRIEF
We are looking for Network / System Engineer to oversee all aspects of TF digital
transformation.

What a Network / System Engineer will do:

Telecom Foundation is going through digital transformation across the country.


This opportunity will entail execution of the digital transformation. The
opportunity will be on a contract basis.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting Software and Hardware problems, individually or as a


team.
• Managing / Dealing with on-site users and policies enforcement.
• Troubleshooting expertise of Windows 7/10 and Mac Proficiency with
computers and industry-related software, especially MS products.
• Hardware troubleshooting knowledge for computers and Audio/Video
devices.
• Strong knowledge of Networks having Excellent Communication Skills.
• Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot issues with
IP/Data/MPLS VPN. Hands On experience on Cisco switches L2, L3 and
Firewalls.
• Carry out the configuration of the various network element to ensure
service provisioning as per Company Standard.
• Install new hardware or components, while ensuring with existing network
systems.
• Analyze the processes and recommend improvements.
• Document issues and solutions into an incident management tool.
• Creating SOPs to enhance the productivity of network operations.
• Ensure compliance with all the applicable policies, procedures and
controls of the Information Security Management System.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as
needed in regards to project deliverable including managing
expectations, creating change demands, presenting and interfacing with
sponsors.
• Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization
and resource allocation with input from team members.

Upper Age Limit: 35 years

Min Experience: 5 Years, with proven experience of planning,


development and operations of Networks and
enterprise IT systems (including their
management with the suppliers). These should
include, but not limited to Corporate Intranets,
ERP, CRM, Project Management, File
Management and Cyber Security Management
Systems that will run on Private networks from
different physical locations.
Min Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Network, Telecoms or
Systems Engineering/ computer science/ IT
related qualification from a local or foreign HEC
recognized University.
