General
This supplement is applicable to airplanes equipped with Aviation Partners
Boeing Blended Winglets in accordance with Supplemental Type Certificate
ST01518SE.
General
Aviation Partners Boeing (APB) has prepared this Operations Manual
Supplement. The purpose of this manual is to supplement Boeing 757-200
Operations Manual, Document Number D632N001-xxx, with the additional
limitations and procedures applicable to operation with Blended Winglets.
Information contained in this document supplements or supersedes the basic
manual only in those areas listed. For limitations, procedures, and performance
information not contained in this supplement, consult the basic Boeing
Operations Manual.
Pages in this supplement may be integrated into the Boeing 757-200 Operations
Manual as a facing page to the Boeing page with the same page number1.

Airframe De-Icing
When an accumulation of ice and snow is observed or suspected prior to
takeoff, have wing, tail, and winglet surfaces inspected and ice and snow
removed.
Note: Takeoff with light coatings of frost, up to 1/8 inch (3mm) in thickness
on lower wing surfaces due to cold fuel, is permissible; however, all
leading edge devices, all control surfaces, tab surfaces, upper wing
surfaces, winglet surfaces, and balance panel cavities must be free of
snow or ice.
