REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ADMISSION:-

1. Two recent passport size photographs with parents.


2. Statement of Marks(Internet- from CBSE-website) of Class X.
3. Photo copy of Board Admit Card (X)
4. Payment of requisite fee as mentioned in the Guidlines. Payment can be
made only by Cash or Demand Draft in favour of Loyola High School,
Patna,
A/c No. 0308053000007112-
(CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.). Fee to be deposited in the South
Indian Bank(Loyola I.T.I. Campus),Kurji, Patna-800010.
5. Blood Group & RH: Kindly obtain the certificate of your
son’s/ward’s/daughter’s blood group and Rh from a Pathological
Laboratory(Photocopy)
6. Photo copy of Aadhaar Card of the student( If available).
7. Counter-foil of fee slip (paid in Bank).

N.B.: 1. Father OR Mother of the candidates must be present at the time of Admission.

2. Those who fail to deposit as per the schedule will forfeit their seats.

3. Without the above mentioned documents Admission will not be taken.

4. Requests for extension of Date shall not be entertained.

5. Fee will not be refunded in any case after the payment.

Note: After payment kindly collect the admission Form from the
Bank and keept it ready with above mentioned documents.
As and when you get the information through SMS for
ADMISSION after LOCKDOWN is over. Do come to schoo to
complete the admission process.
